Huge thanks for this video! Panic attacks are horrible but we can learn to beat them! Well done!

Hii :) just wanted to say a quick thank you, I watched a video of yours a few years back where you suggested working at a charity shop to help with work anxiety. I volunteered with cancer research and was able to gain another reference for my CV and am now in full time work where I was able to use that reference. Working at the charity shop really gave me the confidence to believe that I was actually capable of work which I had been telling myself I wasn’t for a long time, due to a bad first job experience as well as having pretty bad social anxiety. So thank you for that suggestion! If I hadn’t seen that video I wouldn’t have thought of volunteering. Thank you for all your advice it really does make a difference :)

I've had both doses of the vaccine and I am absolutely fine. It is nothing to worry about I felt a bit tired and headachey for the next day but I'm glad i got it done. If you're worried about it don't be, you will be 100% fine

Tell that to those suffering vaccine injuries. I think she should get it if she knows it will be best for her, not because it worked for you.

I know, I am just giving my experience and reassurance. I'm not forcing her to get a vaccine.

Hiya! Had both doses of the vaccine and had a lot of side effects both times. I do have fibromyalgia and IBS which may have had an impact. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have!
I had a lot of anxiety before getting the first dose but everyone was lovely and the nurse was great. Getting the shot is very similar to getting a flu shot - tiny, tiny needle which most people do not feel. I could feel it but it wasn't painful. My general advice: do any laundry, cleaning and food shopping beforehand so if you do have side effects your basic needs are covered. Drink lots of water the day before and use the arm muscle as much as you can for the first 24 hours - the more you move it the less pain you will have in that arm as the vaccine spreads more. I would still do it all over again despite the side effects.
ETA: I don't tend to get side effects from vaccines, I'm not allergic to anything, and I did not get "ill physically" either time.

Thank you for answering my Q about Edinburgh! I'm looking at studying a master's there in a couple of years, and I always hear great things about it, but I'm especially happy to hear about the outdoor spaces it has - I feel like a lot of cities miss that and I think its crucial for people with anxiety :)

Hey Gurl. Just found your channel. It’s the best : ) Anyway- I’m from the states & was curious about the hydrochloride med u mentioned. What’s it called exactly? And what’s it help with? Thx gurl ⭐️

Thank you for answering my questions! So insightful, as always. I'm sorry you're suffering from imposter syndrome. I can't tell you how much you've helped me. I used to have so much shame around my emetophobia that I cycled through three therapists before I could even confess to one that I had it. During this pandemic I stumbled across your channel, binged through your posts, and I thought if someone this pretty and this smart and this confident has what I have and can talk so openly about it, why should I be ashamed? What is there to be ashamed of? There's nothing artificial about the confidence boost I get or the camaraderie I feel after watching an authentic video from someone who gets it. You make a difference. xx
P.S. I have since gotten my vaccine and the worst part, by far, was the anxiety.

I found your videos a couple years back and they’ve helped me through some of my toughest times. Thank you for sharing. Because of you I’m starting to make videos myself. I hope to help someone out there just like you did for me.

BOOKS! 📚 I don't think I will ever switch to a kindle, I LOVE real books, the whole bookshop experience, finding something I may not normally read found in a charity shop or that amazing find of something I've really wanted to read. I completely agree about the smell of books. And I love the physical element, the cover, how great they look on shelves or a few stacked up on my bedside cabinet 📖 ♥ xx

Somehow I missed the call to ask you questions! But it was very interesting to watch this and, as usual, it was also very helpful to me. Thank you!!
I hope you feel like filming and sharing whatever you want! I can completely relate to impostor's syndrome, but, if it helps at all, I love your content (mental health related AND everything else: books, self-care, vlogs, chats, everything!) and look forward to seeing a new video from you! :D
As for vaccines, I can't get vaccinated because I'm allergic to everything under the sun, including lots of medications and drugs... So my doctor recommended that I sit this round out because these vaccines are not very safe for people with my kind of history. I live with my mother and she has severe asthma and she has had anaphylactic reactions to medications in the past, so we both can't get vaccinated and we both have been shielding and completely self-isolating for more than a year now. I'm not all that high risk for covid, unlike my mom, but I live with her and, if I get it, I may kill her, so... We haven't left the apartment or received a visitor since March 16th, 2020. 😨😱
Anyways, stay safe and thanks for your great videos. :)
    Hugs from Chile!
