I purchased the cross L about two weeks ago and I love it. Base or not it’s a fantastic ride and I love driving. It’s fun and it’s beautiful too. You don’t see these on the road often and it’s a rare treat.
I’ve had mine for 2 months and love it. Drove 164 miles in 3 hours on a full tank and paid only $30 at my destination to top off once I arrived. Excellent!
Just got a fwd L model. Saved $3K going with the L. This is an effort for Toyota to go back to basics. Had a 1984 corolla went 300K miles. I think this one has that possibility.
Think this is decent, roomy, minimalistic. Agree that Safety Suite should incorporate blind spot monitoring and cross traffic alert. Rest is nice, adequate transportation and surprisingly roomy. Very good review!
I have a 2001 RAV with 255,000 miles. Thinking of a new RAV or this one in an LE. The new Ravs are 15” longer and 6 “ wider than my current one, and that’s a tight squeeze in my garage. Not liking that. I have no reason for a larger vehicle. Even the Cross is 6” longer and 3” wider. I wish they were all made in Japan, where mine was. Also not sold on CVT transmissions. I’m going to start shopping around in November. Will start in Langhorne, and may check out the Princeton one too. Who knows what they will have on their lots.
I think I would go with the crosstreck or impreza for the money more features and colors plus symmetrical awd and more safety features for thousands less.2 to 5 grand less for more. Doesn't seem worth the money honesty the interior is really cheap looking especially the seats and info tangent system it also seems to be very hight almost in the way. It really doesn't look that nice or comfortable.
My mom had a 2014 Subaru Outback and she sold it because it was difficult to maintain and it kept giving her trouble. A Subaru might be for someone but any car from Subaru is definitely not for me.

If Toyota included blind spot monitoring I'd be buying.
U can buy blind spot mirrors
It’s hilarious how the base trim is called the “L trim” 😂

Subaru vs toyota. U buy this for the reliability otherwise the Kona is cheaper and has all the bells and whites but it's a hyundai.
I got today and i must be honest cars lucks so cheap i have felling IT was manufacture in the russia im upset not good
too much for L
Don’t forget to add 2 to 3,000 dollars that dealers add to the already overpriced small cross over making it impossible to buy

toyota is the best. Resale value, quality, market demand etc.
@johndeep1034 - Resale value doesn't mean jack shit when the vehicles are junk.
