It would be totally foolish to buy a 2024 Murano when there is a completely new one coming for the 2025 model with a much much better infotainment system and hopefully a 9 speed transmission instead of that old horrible CVT

The exterior design looks great. Sharp looking SUV. I don't like the info system. Especially to turn on the headlights. No Android/Apple is a mistake for a new SUV these days. I'm not a fan of EV's. They don't perform that well here in New England in the Winter time. The review was excellent as usual. 👍

I test drove a Launch Edition like this one. I'm waiting for the 2LTs to show up in my area--lower price ($43,295) and 19" wheels. I plan to buy one in the next few weeks.

You mentioned "standard" rear view mirror. I hope they will have the "two way" mirror ( "camera view" ) like I have on my 2020 Bolt Premier.

Glad you mentioned no heated steering wheel and the vibration as those are two turn offs for me.

Dealerships that do a bunch of add-ons to these 1958’s are literally killing the idea that Toyota had. What should be no more than $57,000 with destination is becoming GX 550 territory. I don’t understand why dealerships do this. It’s such an idiotic move. You literally have high interest rates already, no one is going to spring $64,000 for a basic cloth seats Land Cruiser the $57,000 is imperative that it stays within that range. I’m not the only one that thinks this my local dealership in Ohio said the same thing why would we do a bunch of add-ons to something that’s supposed to be affordable and let the person or the owner do what they want to it.

Landcruiser has always been a high priced vehicle. Always considered a subtle luxury marque. Hence the high price and status with the Landcruiser name.

fabric on the dash and panoramic roof on the highest trims without an option to choose something else is a big mistake

WHY can’t we get the decent pricing like other countries get. 55k is not a back to basics price. Not sure if I’m the only one that feels this but all this extra “feature” junk they add I can totally do without for a cheaper priced vehicle.

I'm digging that necessitated higher lifting of heavy loads to the rear and the diminished 37.5 cubic feet of usable utility. The current 4Runner is 47.2 cubic feet. Less is more, I guess. The new 4Runner will suffer the same fate. 1958 edition $58K out the door in 2024!

Correction : not 12.3 inch digital dash. It's just the center 4 inch one.

When you said back to basics, you were not kidding. Look of the dash and steering wheel controls is 1990’s. Cloth seats look rough. This one not for me.

Nice review. There is a significant difference among the 1958 series and the Landcruiser Premium as well as the First Edition. Even the key fobs are different. The 1958 is pretty bare bones at $60k plus. However, very sharp Landcruiser.

Those side steps are absolutely horrible on a Landcruiser.

The rear windows have chrome trim...it stops abruptly and the front doors dont!! Looks weird.

Love this vehicle but I don't think that it has the Brembo package as you stated in the video otherwise the MSRP would've been higher.

Pretty fancy interior. I've never seen a display that big in a vehicle. It must look like a night club at night time with all of those lights. 🤣. On the steering wheel, I've heard of flat bottom but flat top too is something to get used to. I didn't know these were made in China. Thanks for the excellent review. 👍

I just purchased and recommed the 2024 Premium Trim. I love the vehicle great ride and love numerous safety features. Japanese assembled is a POSITIVE for assured quality control. 2.0 engine offers plenty of power and pep using "Sport" mode.

Gladiators are so overpriced for what you get. At 60k you can get a Ram 2500 and get 3 times the truck

The 48” display is completely unnecessary. I’m older so maybe that’s a part of my point of view. Otherwise, nice vehicle. Decent price. Good size, not too big and not too small. Egg 🥚 wheel! 😂
