      Sleep is the most important thing to keep the brain healthy. It's more important than eating well and exercise put together, honestly. But combine the 3 and you're unstoppable!

    About a month ago I got sick and tired of my life, doing the same thing day in and day out and going no where. I started researching how to set goals on youtube but was hesitant to put them on paper. 2 weeks ago I finally did it! I put the goals I want to achieve on paper and write them every morning and every night visualizing them. I listen to an abundance of books and motivational speeches on you tube. I started following people like Brian Tracy and Tony Robbins. The mind set changes, opportunities started to flow and while in the past I would say no, I said yes to them. Don't get me wrong I don't have a perfect body, I'm not a millionaire yet, but something about writing them, seeing them, repeating them works. All those people who did it know it! Thank you Brian Tracy for an inspiration!

    Every morning in this order, I meditate, stretch/yoga, read at least 10 pages of a book, let my thoughts flow on paper and journal about anything that comes to mind. I also write my goals down and what I’m grateful for. Lately I’ve been pushing myself to develop the habit of speaking positive affirmations like Tracy mentioned. This morning routine really sets each of my days up for success and I find great value in it. Best of luck to everyone looking to improve their habits, you can do it :) P.S I “stole” these success habits from a book called the Miracle Morning. I recommend reading it!

    when my mom was in rehab after her brain surgery, I had put a post-it memo each and every corner of her house saying 'everyday in everyday I am getting better and better' now her condition is back to normal.

      I think I can recommend one book ( Financial discipline versus constant cycle of bills and payments ) that resonates with many people.
      The innocent and ignorant people are the ones who lose the game.
      Financially disciplined people win it.
      In that book there are 2 main characters one is John and the other is James, John loses everything and gets into serious trouble after losing his job during the covid19 pandemic and James also loses his job but he is tension free because he had accumulated a lot of money since 4 years from his monthly salary, which makes him financially free.

    I say affirmations all day long. This what I say at least 6 times a day. I am healthy wealthy and wise. My immune system is a powerhouse and will eradicate anything that try’s to enter into my body. I am self discipline and self confident I have the belief and ability that I can accomplish anything. I am a leader not a follower. I can get through anything life throws at me. I DONT quit. I am resilient, I can handle difficult situations. Mental toughness. I watch videos just like this outstanding one. I read books on positive thinking and how the mind operates. I do 16 minutes of meditation everyday. I practice GRATITUDE all day long. Another thing I do is I say it going to be a great day, at least 6 times a day. Remember your mental health is so important.

    Hello from Cambodia. A wonderful country having ancient temples; and well known for Angkor Wat and many good tourist destinations. To keep my mind healthy: I do exercise every morning by walking 1hour, cook healthy food by myself for breakfast, start make a list of morning time to listen to brother "Brian Tracy" lectures and watching again for the next morning. I want to be a millionaire one day, so I have to listen to your lectures and useful advises. Stay safe and healthy brother.

    To keep my mind healthy I meditate , I PRAY and express my gratitude to my Almighty. I also engage in regular deep breathing. I read Alquraan ( our holy book) and I read books , tend to help people solve problems. I exercise or go out for long walks.I laugh and dance I volunteer and meet upbeat people. I talk to people from all walks of life

    I am 66 and have been trying to do most of these, most of the time for about 8 years now.
    I try to eat well, sleep well, avoid the depressing news, I do light exercise, maybe only stretches, or pottering around the house if that’s all I can do. If I have more time then I will go on a bike ride or for a gentle walk for about 15mins.
    The last decade has seen me avoid socialising ( except with my family ) tbh, I used to be very socialable until about 10 yrs ago, but I don’t really like people very much nowadays, I tend to find them very self absorbed, very negative and quick to use you if they can, so I’d sooner not bother now.
    I love reading, but like you say it has to be something I enjoy.
    I haven’t tried affirmation yet so that’s an idea I will try 👍

    1. I do a daily positive affirmations such as " I love myself, I love my family, I love my life....I am courageous.
    2. I read books....mostly non-fiction but allow myself to red fiction ones when I accomplish certain goals.
    3. Meditate :)

      @@coolbeat2644Sister, go to doctor to take blood test to see if you have vitamin deficiency’s. This is the biggest reason why people don’t get a healthy sleep.
      You can also take supplements. You can buy it in the internet. Take 1 mg of melatonin, melatonin is a nighttime sleep aid for occasional sleeplessness, take it 30 minutes before bed time. And take Vitamin B-6 also known as “ Pyridoxine”, it supports the body natural production of melatonin. And consume magnesium too, it supports body’s hormone of sleep.
      And exercise too, it is good for heart pumping and builds more Neurons in the brain.

      Yes habits determine destiny. We need to adopt those habits in order to live successful life, there is book which says a lot about habits and also describes the consequences of not following financial discipline.
      Hi friend if you are good reader I can suggest you a recently published book on Amazon. " financial discipline versus constant cycle of bills and payments. That is short book of 23 pages but has great message on how to manage income and how to live a successful life. Two main characters are described John and James and what are effects of covid19 on both of their lives and how people suffer during those great period of depression and crisis.

    To keep my mind healthy, I do yoga, go for isolation in a jungle in weekends, and I read everyday. Now a days I'm reading your book "No Excuses."

    I knit and follow patterns and instructions to keep my mind healthy. I exercise on my stationary bike and read at same time. I lift weights, and eat lots of vegtables too. ☺️ Thanks for all your great advice!

    I like how you said read something positive, and I am glad to have read so many positive comments! Here is what I am doing to keep my brain healthy and active:
    1. Calling (not texting) at lest 3 people a day to check up on them and see how they are doing 2. Meditation
    3. Pray
    4. Eating healthy foods in well-balanced portions
    5. Reading
    6. Watching motivating and instructive content like this video
    7. Jogging at least 3 times a week for approximately 30 minutes

    I do the same things every day:
    1. Work out in early morning, run or go for a walk after work
    2. 15 minutes for meditation in the morning
    3. Write down 10 things make me feel grateful
    4. Read books at least 1 book a month
    5. Currently learning English, Japanese
    6. Write diary before sleeping
