    Hi sunand,
    You guys are really doing a great job . Thanks for your support 🙏.
    I have worked as a functional side project manager in the industrial sector for five years. My intention is to transition into the IT industry. In order to increase my knowledge, I completed the CSM course and following your channel. I recently arrived to the Netherlands using a dependent visa. I started applying for jobs. However, every company is rejecting my application and saying that I need to speak Dutch to be considered for a scrum post. Would you kindly advise me on what to do? Does the Netherlands require Dutch for roles in Scrum?

    • @CareersTalk
      @CareersTalk  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Honestly it's tough, if you don't know at least B1 level dutch. Look out for indian companies like tcs,wipro,infosys, tech Mahindra etc.they hire english speaking

    Sometimes I feel the answers given to the question asked are not relevant for eg. For this question - if PO is changing acceptance criteria frequently and developers getting frustrated - the answer given was with the context of what might happen if acceptance criteria needs to be changed but the question was revolving around the context how to handle a situation where PO is frequently changing the criteria so I think we have to address PO behaviour and coach him on this

    • @21608617
      @21608617 หลายเดือนก่อน

      But frankly in real time scenario things can be a bit complicated given the fact that the PO can be playing a dominant role and a more experienced person. Although it is not acceptable to change the DOD but if our sprint goal is within the reach even after the change, it should still be considered. This is what I can think of. So as a SM, we must convince the developers to adapt the updated DOD.

    Hello Sunand,
    Appreciate your suggestions on below scenario - Which is good option to switch into after 10 years of Manual Testing experience in Banking domain. With respect to salary growth( lets consider current ctc 15lpa) & career growth as well. Business Analyst or Scrum Master?
    Thanks!

    What happens if there are less or no items in Product backlog and we are about to start sprint

    • @kalim1623
      @kalim1623 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      First of all, this situation shouldn't avoid if theres a SM present in the team. It is our responsibility that we keep facilitating backlog refinements to avoid such a situation. Keep having conversations with your PO to make the backlog available for the team. If the PO is new, coaching him and making resources available for him/her to understand the product so that we can conduct uninterrupted ceremonies. Again, i would say, as a Scrum master, it becomes your responsibility to make sure backlog is available unless there's a concrete reason behind it and if there's a reason then discuss it with the stakeholders the importance of having clear requirements. Many things to consider here so it's difficult to explain in a comment.
