Thanks Sunand and Nilaap. Intersting to know any typical scrum master day looks like. What I understood is being vigilant is important skill for any SM. Thanks Sunand for your efforts in bringing up learning videos like this
Thank you Nilap for your insight on the most frequently asked question in the interview? The way you framed them was wonderful. Thank you Sunand for scheduling this and helping a lot of SM to learn and grow
one question i have ..He has mentioned about WIP limits to be checked by Scrum Master daily whether crossed or not for the person sitting idle...Firstly we use WIP in Kanban not scrum right? Secondly, if Kanban is being used then we have pull concept so no one is expected to be idle...Third if scrum is followed then capacity planning is done during planning so still can we have someone sitting idle in team? these are just my Qs to make my understanding clear.Request your answer. Thanks!
One doubt I have, day in scrum master life....All days are not same in scrum master...its depends upon how many weeks sprint and in which day what you are doing....In this question we need to cover about backlog refinement, sprint event (sprint planning (capacity planning & velocity, estimation), Daily standup, sprint review, sprint retrospective , conflict management, coaching team members, maintaining matrix (velocity, defect density, burn dowm chart), removing blockers, helping PO in product backlog refinement... We need to discuss about all this or we can need or remove any things else... And in half an hour interview call...how long its answer should goes...
We always explain in detail, it's upto the individual how he/she cab explain. I would say give then overview and than ask shall I deep dive and explain all ,that will help
certification may help you to get interview call, that's it, nothing more than that. Its practical experience which count. drop email sunandsharrma@gmail.com, in case you looking for same, i may refer you to few friends

Awesome Thank you
Thank you too!
capacity planning is a “timeboxed event”?? i thought there were 4 timeboxed events- daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retro???
Capacity planning is part of sprint planning
Very nice and detailed.

Voice is very low in vedios
