Loved this discussion, one realisation is most of the things I am handling on daily basis, and its my strength to be able to that., And now know how to explain and articulate!
Many thanks 😊
It was really helpful to get to know the thoughts. They are practical enough to be implemented as well and not only just interview answers.
Great you find value 👍

@@CareersTalk good interview. but the catch point is she (PM) is not owning any responsibility.
Very simply explained and excellent diction.
Way to go!

Thank you Shaoli your comment is inspiring
“… if the remaining tasks are not so critical and not so dependent on a particular person who has been working continuously since the day 1 of this project, we do a resource shuffling coz price of the resources or the rate of the resources varies….”
I am not a fan of replacing someone working on a project since day 1 with another person with similar skillset but lower rate card to avoid going for budget extension. If the person is not performing well then it’s a different case. If we’re keeping a skilled associate since the inception of the project and he is committed to his work and project/product then we must respect his/her commitment. Remember the times when an associate worked during festivals, missed kid’s birthday or their anniversary just to make sure there is no impact on project. If associates can go beyond their responsibilities to make a project succeed then as a leader it’s our responsibility to take care of them. We must humanize our workplaces rather than finding ways to cut cost. 😏 It’s just my POV and I know traditional PMs will disagree..
Very very informative. Thank you 😊
You are so welcome!
Wonderful resolution management tips tricks of project / delivery management
Thank you😊
Glad it was helpful!
Divergent point if view not explained properly, better to get it clarified with more examples in other interviews😊

“we can not incorporate any additional scope in incoming or in progress sprint or in subsequent 2-3 sprints which are already designed..” I don’t fully agree to this, agile gives us flexibility to inspect, adapt and change our course of action to take up and deliver highest known value at that point of time. We can’t be so rigid to not change our subsequent 2-3 sprints. I agree that we must not pull in new scope in ongoing sprint but that too is allowed if we’re trading it off with a similar sized story without having an impact on the sprint goal.
You are right. What I meant was depending on the criticality and impact we may not include the additional scope in subsequent sprints. If that needs to be done then we go ahead only after impact analysis and adjusting the sprint goal..
Many thanks for your thoughts it helps me to connect and stay engaged.😊

Wrong answer to first question as two aspects associated with question
1 Sudden leaving
2 Resigned
Advantage coming out of resignation is notice period and that advantage not covered in answer.
Thanks for sharing your perspective
