I watched this other video from a guy who explained how too much tension around the eyes can cause us to go into a state of fight or flight. Our bodies become stuck in a state because of pressure being put on nerves in the face.
The eyes are one part that never gets talked about, but it makes sense. When you get stressed out, angry, sad, disgusted, what do your eyes do? They tense up. Loads of tension constantly being placed on them can have long lasting effects, And affect other areas of the body, because the vagus nerve is connected to many areas. We need to undo the tension and release the tight areas around the eyes, and other areas will follow. Some may still need work, because they got their own issues, but some are just tense as a response to tension elsewhere.
I know it sounds out there, but I’ve been doing this for over a month now and my face looks and feels a lot different. It looks way more relaxed and soft. Even more symmetrical.
The first thing I immediately noticed after my first session, though, was that my hips felt way looser and my breathing was a lot better and easier.
He actually mentioned that those things can be affected in the video, after I had started to notice them, and it blew my mind that it was happening because of that! It’s insane. I really hope more people cover this. This was really a game changer for me.
That and working on hip internal rotation for the past couple weeks, as well, have been life changing.
Also, I was diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism a few months ago, but I quit taking the medication and started taking vitamin D and magnesium everyday and the symptoms have been improving. I feel similar to when I took the medication, but I know I can still feel even better.
I truly believe my diet alone can resolve my thyroid issue, and I’m very serious about not relying on meds my whole life.
It wasn’t always a problem before. Something caused it. Something needs to change, and I’m gunna find out what my body needs for that change to happen.

Dr. Haynes, not a good idea to sleep with your phone in bed, keep it five feet or more from body. Radiation is a real thing.✌🏽

The most dominating factor of insane types of stress is the world today.
It's overlooked because people are under the illusion that we can't change anything, so they go along.
Truth is, we all change the world, it's just some people move a cup, some people move more then a cup.
