Awesome, I started to study a bit of TCM and the systems seems so complicated, everytime I think I get it there comes another system that confuses me, but with your video, I see more clarity. It is very fascinating yet so sad they do not implement this knowledge into modern medicine, because if you see it, it all makes so much more sense of why a body responds like it does! Thank you for sharing the knowledge!

00:13 *🔄 The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine explained the concept of root and branch problems, emphasizing the importance of understanding the root cause of health issues.*
00:55 *📊 In traditional Chinese medicine, the focus is on identifying the root problem, which is often a constitutional or genetic tendency, rather than just treating the branch problem, which is the symptomatic pattern.*
01:09 *📈 The host shared his personal experience of having digestive issues despite following a healthy diet, suggesting a constitutional or genetic tendency may be the root cause.*
01:39 *💤 The host's family history showed a clear constitutional root to his digestive issues, with his mother and grandmother experiencing similar problems.*
02:07 *👪 The concept of a constitutional or genetic tendency can run in families, as seen in the host's family history.*
02:49 *🔒 Conventional medicine typically focuses on treating symptoms, rather than addressing the root cause of the issue, which is why Dr. Heyne is sharing a root cause quiz.*
03:33 *📚 Dr. Heyne has created a 10-page document with a root cause quiz and related resources that viewers can download to help identify their root problem.*
04:01 *💡 Dr. Heyne explained that traditional Chinese medicine uses organ networks to diagnose and treat root problems, rather than just individual organs.*
04:30 *📊 The author discussed the top five organ networks commonly seen in people with health problems: spleen-stomach-pancreas, kidney-bladder, lung-spleen-large intestine-mucosa, heart-kidney-small intestine, and liver-gallbladder.*
04:43 *🤒 Issues related to the spleen-stomach-pancreas network may include digestive problems, weight loss, fatigue, undigested food, and chronic throat clearing.*
05:41 *🚨 The root problem of someone with a spleen-stomach-pancreas issue may resurface under stress or imbalance.*
05:55 *🤝 Dr. Heyne discussed the importance of identifying the root cause of health issues, using the example of a person with kidney and bladder network problems who may experience symptoms like urinary frequency, nighttime urination, and anxiety.*
06:35 *🏥 Dr. Heyne pointed out that kidney-related issues can lead to autoimmune diseases, which is not a commonly discussed topic in conventional medicine.*
07:04 *💧 The lung-spleen-large intestine-mucosa network may be characterized by respiratory issues, mucosa issues, and catch-all illnesses like the common cold.*
07:58 *εἮ(browser washer hồi author explained the heart-kidney-small intestine network, including symptoms like palpitations, anxiety, insomnia, and autoimmune disease.*
08:14 *❤️ The physiological heart symptoms are related to the nervous system, reflecting issues with circulation, stress response, and sleep.*
08:56 *🎯 The triple warmer in Traditional Chinese Medicine has no anatomical correlate, but affects larger physiological functions.*

      Same, too generic!

    • @MsHoneyBBQ
      @MsHoneyBBQ 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@softdolllife HI friend! So, it's not that it's 'generic', it could simply be that you have imbalances in ALL those systems. when this is the case, it's just a matter of taking one system at a time, balancing it, then moving on to the next system. i have patterns in several of these organ systems too, and as a human, we tend to ignore symptoms for a long time, and then the dysfunction will kinda 'bleed' into other systems. hence, Dr. Alex's "root cause" conversations. nothing about life (or our health) is separate. everything is connected to everything else. but yea, here, he's giving a very general overview of the philosphy of TCM to introduce it to a wide audience. if i was you, i would take the system that i see has the MOST patterns in and address that solely first. After addressing basic things like making sure that i'm drinking enough water every day (around 1/2 your body weight in oz., but monitoring your urine to make sure theres still a little bit of yellow color to it), minimizing or eliminating or mitigating stressors in your life, and thoroughtly exploring my emotions(thru counseling, journaling, etc)etc; i would explore foods, lifestyle changes, and herbs that are specific to balancing that specific system (i like Upful Blends personally as an easy place to start). after a few months of measured improvements or minimalization of symptoms, then i would go back, take the quiz again, and as long as the patterns in that system were drastically reduced, i would move on to another system then rinse and repeat. keeping in mind that if i've had these long standing problems for YEARS, that it could take 6+months to see results. meaning, take ur time, be patient, and trust the process; moving towards treatment and information systems options that feel good to you (like acupuncture, massage, colonics, fasting, PanchaKarma, the Bigelsen's Holographic Blood Testing, Feng Shui/Ba Zi charts, Human Design, (specifically the PHS), Ayurveda, Yoga, etc etc) as you go. 'Healthy' is a state of Being. you CAN be healthy and feel good. it is your default nature. your body knows how to do it naturally. you just have to CHOOSE it and let your body heal itself (with support where needed). DECIDE to be well and you will be naturally guided to your answers.
anyways, i struggled with extreme health issues over the last 4 years and was able to heal myself with many TCM and Ayurvedic philosophies. it wasn't an easy road (i'm not a doctor and i didn't see any doctors cuz i was broke), but i did it, and i really hope that whatever you are going thru, that you are able to find what you need to heal and live the happy healthy life that is your birthright. Sending lots of love. speedy healing to you. 💖

This is weird but my perfect diet is eggs fish,,yoghurt and fiber from chia seed and fruit (mostly dried fruits dates, plums, apricots and raisins) and after a meal raw garlic+ginger and then 2.5 hrs after a meal on a empty stomach a good probiotic...no more health problems...I have tried every other plant fiber ..oats,cocoa,legumes and beans do not even come close to how good i feel on chia and fruit fiber. Also eating 1 - 2 meals per day for more gut rest. When I eat these specific foods my brain is clear like when fasting, 0 brain fog and no pains aches or energy dips. I used to eat alot of chocolate oats, beans and rice, potatoes and such, but they just do not work as well. The absolute key is raw garlic+ginger after meal for proper digestion and a probiotic on a empty stomach so that the gut can work.

This will probably mean you’re in Peri-Menopause.
It can last up to 10 years.
One of the first things to do is mitigate stress and stress hormones.
Initially, forget all the fancy breathing patterns and just focus on loooong slow exhales but learn how to do belly breathing. Diaphragmatic breathing.
Try and use this initial strategy throughout the day (many health benefits)…
Make sure your nutrition is optimal.
Make sure your sleep hygiene is optimal.
      And movement…
Exercise is massively important particularly strength training…
Forget about how much and for how long (if you’re not a fan of exercise)…
Just focus on getting some done each week.
Add in some HIIT training for your CV exercises.
      That’s your starting point…
      Then…
Look into HRT. Don’t be feared into the (now retracted) research about the dangers.
That was done on women who averaged an age of 62 and up to 70+, so well into post menopause and existing medical conditions.
There are so many options, patches, gel, oral etc.
Sometimes you may need to try a couple of different ones to find one that suits you…
Seek advice from a specialist in menopause.
Research menopause, it’s becoming a real deal with advances happening every day.
I now do workshops and run my own business focussing on on all I’ve mentioned since researching and training for the importance of mental & physical health, fitness and wellbeing through and beyond menopause…
      So I know what I’m talking about…
You do not have to suffer. ☺️
      All the best ☺️👍🏼

If you have poor gut motility due to surgery or an autoimmune disorder like Celiac or Chrons, you will never be able to eradicate SIBO.

It worked for a while. after all of that I am still miserable, food doesn't digest properly, and why should it with so many missing parts???? I do not know what to try?

Look into Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Kiltz, and Dr. Ken Berry, they have healed millions with you r types of issues just following a proper human diet they suggest. I know it worked for me. I couldn't keep food or water down, hospital couldn't find anything wrong, this went on for 5 years Then they blamed my gallbladders, then I exploded into full blown rheumatoid arthritis over my whole body over night. Hospital did all kinds of test and then tried putting me on all kinds of meds. Then I started having seizures then I stopped being able to walk. Hospital still couldn't find any reasons for this. They finally sent me home saying there was nothing more they could do for me. I started researching, hit upon Dr. Ken Berry followed what he said I stopped vomiting anything I ate, 3 months later no more seizures and 5 yrs later still none, 8 months diabetes gone, HBP gone, A1C from 12 to 4.8., restless leg gone, cpap machine gone. After 8 months I went on a stricter protocol. After a year and a half I was walking on my own again. I can say I'll never eat any other way after seeing what happened to me. If you are suffering from cancer look up Professor Thomas Seyfried. Good luck hope you can find your way back to health hope this may help, plz just try it for a month.

I'm sorry to hear this. Although I ain't no expert. But i have learnt through experience, digestion is more to do with your attitude then the food you eat. Whatever you eat when you sit to eat, give it gratitude and eat with complete senses , chew as much as possible as saliva has necessary enzymes to digest food, eat in silence with attitude this is all i need for body to be well. Try ti at least for a month and see the difference. Let God grace be with you.

      @energeticsoulhealer888 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

Please read a book called "Fiber Myth", and you'll understand why you get rashes.
If you're eating the proper diet, your bowel movements will be minimal, as your body is utilizing all the food you ingest for energy. You have a lot of waste, because you are eating waste, and your body doesn't need it, nor can it use it.
High-fat carnivore is the proper human diet. Give it 90 days, and it'll change your life❤

Some antidepressants turn out to be helpful for recovery from spikeopathy. I forget the mechanism of action. Somebody noticed that (a couple of years ago) the staff at a mental hospital got sick but the patients did not. They were on an antidepressant drug (related to Prozac). Digestive bacteria and immune responses are inherited, but blood type determined antibodies to food and other challenges can vary the inherited response or be corrected in some cases.

I don't know your issue, but whatever it is, do try some meditation and healing practices like alternate nostril breathing, skull shining breathing, etc before the meditation.
I've seen people curing every kind of disease, from cancer to paralysis by healing their mind.
Read the book "the power of your subconscious mind" for if you're a beginner to this.
All diseases happen from negative emotions, like hurt, pain, anger, stress, etc. When we heal them, our body heals automatically.
I've tried this myself and a lot of mine 'incurable' diseases are starting to vanish.
So, yes, keep hope and try this if you want.❤
