    From her very FIRST movement, I could tell she was BEYOND good. Her form, coordination, and strength are enviable!!! The guy who stayed for the whole video was EXCELLENT, too! Everyone was great.

    I cant believe I finished the whole set. It is harder than I thought, especially the second part. I am glad that I did it! A tip for this workout, dont eat or drink too much before you do this, otherwise, you will have cramps.
    I am back after two weeks. I still remember how bad I felt two weeks ago, I could only do this workout once a week. Now I can follow up 4 times a week. So proud of myself! 18/06/2022 two sets in a day, the benefits of the workout are obvious.
    Back again after 2 months, I have to say I am so much stronger now. Unlike 2 months ago when I was out of breath, now I can easily follow the whole routine.
    Hi guys, I am back again to motivate you. I did one set today and I felt great, no more out of breath, other than that my body is used to this workout obviously. My body weight doesn't change too much, still about 60 kg, but most of my friends and family do see a big change in my body shape. They asked me what did I eat, and did I go to the gym? Well YES, I will go to the gym once per week. Food-wise, I don't touch deep-fry or sweets too much but trust me, I eat a lot of other food. Without a cardio workout, I don't think I am able to maintain my current status. Having a habit of exercising and enjoying it, is the biggest harvest of my 2022. 20.12.2022

    I LOVEEEE this workout !!! I am 17 years old and I wanted to loose weight for a few years now. FINALLY lost about 20kg (44 lbs) in a few months!!!! This workout made me loose about 4kg (8 lbs) in like 2 weeks. To loose weight I was on a very strict diet but never really did complain about that. I weight about 51kg (110lbs) now 🥳. My goal is to reach 45kg (99lbs). I‘m 1.57m (5 feet 2 inches) btw.

    Did this Workout again ! Nearly at the end of the whole workout I felt like I had to throw up.. was a really bad feeling….. But still I definitely will try again next time! I don’t want to give up my goal.

    It has been a LONG time and I achieved my goal to get skinny also I had a HUGEEE glow up!! There was this one friend I didn’t see for about 4 months and she didn’t even recognize me 😂 I get told im pretty now even by strangers on the street I am so happy and love my new self !!! If you guys are on a journey to loose weight keep it up and don’t give up :)

    Today's my 2nd day doing this, I vomited yesterday but I felt light...I'm 16 n overweight...Many ppl make fun of me behind my back but now I'm done... I'm gonna continue.     Bro I’m m so happy with the results, been doing this for a 2 weeks straight with normal eating and i lost about 3kg im so proud. Ik its not enough but its the only thing that works for me. The first time i did it i was sweating and dying and now after 2 weeks later i still sweat a lot yet the exercise seems more comfortable. Im only 14 anyways and plus im overweight (BMI of 28😫) my goal is to loose 15kg wish me luck. Bye GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!
    Update: … nothing changed but my age HAHAHAHA.. Im 18 now, still fat 😅 .. I think the last time I did this workout was the day I commented the ^^^ original comment

    I can't express how grateful I am for this workout, it has changed me, I never had "time" to workout due to work and laziness but being at home made me realize I had no excuse and I can tell you that in a month and a week doing this workout and eating better I have gone from 220 lbs to 207 lbs and counting, I just needed some motivation and guess who I got it from?? My D*mn self! if I can do it YOU CAN DO IT, I am still no where near my goal BUT I STARTED which is what needed to be done!

    Last year, I was diagnosed to have a PCOS and exercising is one of the treatments. I tried this cardioworkout AND GIRL THIS IS SO EFFECTIVE. I lost 7kg of my weight and my ovaries are now back to NORMAL in just 6 months!!! It was bilateral btw and I did this exercise for 4 months with cheat days. TIRING BUT WORTH IT. You must try this guys I highly recommend it!!!!

    I cannot recommend this enough! Perfect for me, I can do it from my own home with nobody watching, but it is really good exercise. I do it two time in a row and there you have it - a 40 min workout. So so so good, I've been using this video for 4 or 5 months now. Love!

    Hell na I don’t have what it takes just yet! Lol. It holds true that you should have a variety of work outs. I have been doing hiit cardio and killing it. Then I come here and MAN! I could barely get through it. But I modified and finished up with my best. Thank God for TH-cam trainers who take out the time to do this. To everyone who may read this, I’m proud of you!!!!!     Just completed it for the first time. Didnt realize just how intense this was! Holy f. I feel so out of shape now. I had to stop halfway, stretch out my calves and breathe for a few mins before continuing. I vow to do this on a regular basis until i master it 💖💪. Good luck, all.

    Being doing it on and off for a few weeks now and omg! The team amazes me and what the workout is doing to my body! I thought at first "20 min is nothing" then I was with my tongue out begging for mercy. Still the most awesome workout I came to know.

    I saw the whole video I thought it’s not that tough coz I go gymming regularly but when I started my god I was sweating like hell and had to pause like 5 times for 10 seconds in the whole video it’s been 10 days I am doing this and now I have started to catch up with you guys Zumba is absolutely different from gymming because there you focus on one part at a time here you focus on all body parts together without a break and increases your stamina 10 times more
    Don’t give up guys do it you will feel a difference very soon

    I can complete just 2 songs !
    The third one I'm still unable to...
    I can see improvement in myself... even the movements r getting a bit controlled!
    Really nice routine... concentrates on all muscles and even the music is energetic!
    Feels like I'm in a real-time zumba class !

    Man I've done this workout several times, but after a covid diagnosis and being asthmatic, I had to take a long break. I already struggle with flexibility. Let me tell you, I barely was able to modify, I had to just break for breath and my muscles were super tight. I will be doing this again this week until I can get fluid again. I wish yall had DVDs with only Al Lee as the instructor. She's the best.

    I love the way she explains every exercise, her movements are perfect and it is easy to follow her. We can see how the exercises need to be done so we do not end up with an injury. Also, her body is very relax, just imagine seeing Federer playing tennis, his body is like a feather. If our body is relax so are our muscules, we can avoid an injury and enjoy the exercises.

    Ive done this workput since the covid era 2020. N even when i stopped working out it was the one workout that was always in my head when i resumed. Started again june 2024 and now were in sep. Im changing it up to the next video on october cause this has started to feel comfortable...ish😅. It really has changed my body, endurance and strength. I wish the full workout was available.

    I was dead with only a quarter of the moves done.. but I did not quit... I modified the versions to suit me and finished it. Now this is a challenge. i definitely aim at doing all if not most of her moves non stop!!! thank uuuu!!!

    Ive known this video since 2018 and ive done the work out and it really works for me! For some medical problems i stopped doing this exercise for almost a year. Im excited to be back and did my first work out earlier and it felt really knowing I worked this morning and really exhausted. On top of that i do this work out in the garage! lol..youll sweat non stop! ^^,) LOve it..

    This is pretty good actually. It's a good 20 mins exercise to be done daily. It's just the right balance. Better than the others 20/30 minutes classes online.

      15th!!!👀 Aye!!!😬 Just started her videos, this year, wish she had a core video, I'm not taking a 60 minute class...20-30 is good. I'm not joining the military, just need to stay active, stay fit, and feel young, so my metabolism at over 45yrs of age, keeps burning as it did in my earlier years. Have you seen any core videos of hers ? Best wishes with the fitness in 20/20

    Those who are wondering if the workout works, it works great alright. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and girl, the first and second time was NOT easy. Now I manage to complete the workout with ZERO pauses and rests. Push through and trust me it helps. I went form 65 to 64.5 not much difference but imagine the potential after doing it for next 5 months. All the best 🎉
    My weight is 62 now, I do strength workout too.

    I think this workout is really effective as I can see the result from my gf,she's been workout for almost 3months now. What I can do is to support her because i could see from her huge effort. Love this workout video 💪 and recommended for everyone to try this at home.

    I take preworkout before really intense workouts, but that did nothing for me. I sweat more in these 20 mins than I do after running 5 miles. Love it!

    Wow! This is AWESOME! First time seeing this and I just finished following the workout video. It's sort of like Bodyattack but this is more fun and creative. Makes me feel badass while working out. I really like the touch of yoga to help my body cool down and stretch. Great sweat. Glad I saw this. Thanks for the video.

    Hace tres años con el 3 bebé quede con un peso de 165 libras. Hice todos los ejercicios que encontré en TH-cam pero sentía que no era suficiente, encontré este video y el primer día solo hice los primeros 5 min. Al siguiente día termine como si hubiera corrido un maratón. Hice un día si!! Un poco día no hasta que en una semana podría hacer los 30 min. Lo importante es hacer ejercicio. Porque yo comía de todo en pocas porciones pero el ejército me ayudó mucho llegue a bajar en 6 meses a 139 libras. Deje de hacer ejercicio por exceso de trabajo y comer las porciones pequeñas de siempre, pero subi de peso ahora estoy en 150 libras 🥺 así que estoy de nuevo porque la dieta funciona pero con un buen ejercito de quemar 🔥 calorías 💪🥰💖

    I lost 10 kg in a month with diet and doing these exercise for at least 5x a week.it was so hard at first to the point that you feel like dying.hahaha😄😄 but,continue until you achieved your goal weight.

    Today's my second time doing this workout, it feels better but my soul left my body again during those scissor jumps lol omg I'm not giving up yet 😉😃💪🏻 I need to lose weight badly 🙄

      That is good, keep going, muscles have memory so, with time, will be better and better, but the nutrition part is super important if you want to loose weight, both things and lifting, will help out all transformation! 🙏

      Me too on that scissors time I don't like it coz it's so hard for my legs and feet but I have to so it for the sake of loosing weight and to remove my fats on my body my sweats and sickness in my body ;)

    This is not for the faint of heart, lol. I made it a little over 10 minutes. I'm going to work my way up to 20 and THEN try an actual class.

      I only made it to 10 too and had to modify a bit. It really puts my stamina to shame mind you after a 20 minutes kettlebell workout didn't help lol

    I do this on my long workout days. So maybe four times a week and twice after a 2mile walk. I’m covered in sweat by the end by I feel so good and I can’t wait until I start to see more results. Working on my diet has been the hard diet especially during lockdown but I’ll get there. Don’t give up guys it’s worth the hard work at the end

    It's my 5th day today...BOOM DONE!!!! My LIPOMA on my face are now ease so small NA like a Tigyawat/pimples now only unlike before it's getting bigger now it's smaller NA Thank-you guys! Even the whole 20min. Workout are so hard for my 92kilos body OBESE and I am only 4'11 I am still getting hook on it and it's a stress reliever too that's why at night I don't have insomnia NA cOz I sleep very well cOz I'm tired after I doing this every almost night NA hehehheh..God bless yah guys!
