    Many thanks for a great whole body class. It was so wonderful to be practicing again after a hurricane & my husbands surgery. Your Yin classes are always so calming & appreciate the time that you spend developing all these different classes! I always look forward to practicing with you & Vanessa!

      Can’t beat a real deep stretch to get all those tensions out …. Stretching releases but also creates energy like piezo electricity is created …. So …. release the negative and create more positive 😊 I hope your horrible week is soon a dim memory 🙏🙏

    Very good. It is really valuable to include the hands and feet, I think many yoga teachers forget about that, so I am so happy I have found you who has a full holistic perspective in several ways. I needed though to have some rebound stuff between the poses in the beginning to get the energy flow a bit in my lower legs.
    I love the saddle, it has been a pose that has healed one of my knees, amazing really.
