    This was great! I've had great results since I started focusing on my spine, specifically, so I'm assuming I must have been storing some stress and upset there. I feel fantastic after this session!

    • @YogiMoksha
      @YogiMoksha  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Great to hear that Daniel …. the spine is central to most of our physical body movement, there are many nerves that run through the spine and it is one of the most important subtle energy channels so I’m sure that you will continue to see benefits if you maintain a focus on working with the spine …. I find twists / obliques particularly satisfying…. ….. thanks for letting us know how you enjoyed it 🙏🙏

    • @YogiMoksha
      @YogiMoksha  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Flor …. Glad to hear you enjoyed the spine practice thank you 🙏…. We are always interested to know what those who continue to practice with us would find useful …. it helps us prioritise 😊 …. Vanessa is just testing a “quiet mind” sequence which has a vagus nerve focus so we’ll do a bit more work on that and get it recorded over the next few weeks …. Is there a particular function of the vagus nerve that you are wanting to target or is it more generally about higher mind function and reduced stress ?

    • @flormontero1184
