Hi, Katie, I have a difficulty to set my posture right due to a spine injury but by the end of shoe race pose in this lesson, I found it is much easier to lengthen my spine. Thank you for a wonderful lesson.

Wanted to take a minute to thank you for these videos. I am starting with video #1 in the morning. I am naturally inflexible. How may days per week would you recommend for someone like myself to do? I really would like to gain some flexiblity, even at my age (52).
You are so welcome, I hope you enjoy the classes. I think the most important thing is to make sure what you do is sustainable and enjoyable. I would start slowly with maybe just 1 of these longer classes a week. You could also try these videos to increase flexibility. *th-cam.com/play/PL9mB1a-zyhI9pfcbMVbJXHqZqjulzeSWO.html* They're just 10-mins each and you could try doing one a day. Practice days 1-5, take a break for two days, then repeat all of the daily practices again. You will notice your flexibility increasing this way! My first 90 min yin. I was not positive that I would do it all in one session, but I did. Definitely loosened my hips.
