- This 90 minute yin yoga practice is a full body sequence and part of my personal daily practice. Variations are provided, making it suitable for beginners though to experienced yogis. Most postures are held for 3-4 minutes. We hope you enjoy this practice and welcome your feedback in the comments below.

Thank you for the lovely and challenging Yin class, which my body was craving. I love all the variations that you suggested. A lot of Yin classes are one size fits all but this one was tailored just for me.

Will it be good for weight loss ?
Hi Niharika .... any form of exercise supported by a moderate and healthy diet will be beneficial in achieving and maintaining a healthy body .... including weight .... each person is unique in terms of what a healthy body looks like ....
Yin yoga is mainly floor based postures with an emphasis on physical mobility and energetic and emotional release .... so it can form the basis of a practice that reduces stress and anxiety which for some people can help with weight management .... and it is also useful as a way to introduce the discipline of regular movement / exercise ....
some people however need or prefer to also have more vigorous or yang style exercise to burn more energy ....
We would always recommend consulting a health practioner in person if you have specific concerns or goals 🙏 Namaste

My favorite part was going back to the seated position between every pose. And then that becoming it's own pose at the end. That was a nice touch.
Thanks wheatsolo feedback always appreciated .... coming back to a resting posture in between poses is what Paul Grilley refers to as the Rebound .... one of the reasons I enjoy Paul’s teaching so much is the importance it places on the Rebound and the opportunity it presents to really introspect on the effect of the previous posture .... please keep enjoying the sequences .... stay subscribed and share 🙏🙏
