Who’s an example of a toxic leader today?

Corporate wise? There's a new book about what it was ACTUALLY like to work for Jack Welch (not the same narrative as his own memoirs) and he might me by new favorite recent example of a toxic leader.

My ex-boss LOL During our last six months working together, she was doing everything she could to get me to quit. I instead stuck it out making sure I didn’t walk away with nothing to show for (sufficient experience and important ties). She actually ended up throwing in the towel and quitted after a long leave. I made sure I transferred out to something better, while maintaining a very positive relationship with that department. I’m very happy now, working very hard but applying lessons I learned over the years.

    I have a question...
If the leader doing both in the sametime??

Interesting. I suppose you'd have to know the leader's intentions. Are they working on getting better and as such doing a few of these great things while still falling into the toxic trap? Or are they toxic and trying to mask it by pretending to be a good leader from time to time? I'd have to say the second is much more common than the first.

The funny is, the leader still doing both at the sametime with closing statement is kinda "because Im General Manager"...
I think his just pretending to seeing like a good leader even every sentensis is a trap communication
