Which is more expensive to buy a house - Castle Rock or Highlands Ranch?

Hi, thank you for watching! Highlands Ranch is definitely going to be on the higher end of the two. Many people who fall in love with a Highlands Ranch will look for more affordability in Castle Rock with at least somewhat similar amenities!

I heard from a local from Pueblo who experienced prejudice when living in Castle Rock. He was of hispanic/native origin. Not sure what caused that. I myself of East Indian origin have not experienced that really. I go down there sometimes for hiking because of the more rocky desert like environment.

I'm sorry to hear that happened to your friend, it's not something I have heard a lot about but always good to share when we do!
