Any spot in particular that you would recommend for walkability with a focus more on the wellness side (healthy restaurants, gyms, hair/nail salons, maybe farmers market etc) vs say nightlife?

Superior has "Downtown Superior" a master planned town center, that is like Pearl street and is complete. the sports stable ( indoor soccer, skating gym) emergency health center, a Starbucks, A Tesla dealership, many restaurants, in close distance, and several shopping centers with a target and whole foods.... Your drone flew over the 4 story single family homes with roof top terraces ( but not the town center, not in any flight path?) that you can buy from builders, instead of giving you a high commission, which is why your steering them elsewhere, Louisville and Lafayette had many more homes burn down, ( 600+ ) stop lying, Louisville is in the flight path also, my aerospace company could not fly their govt drone more than a 100 feet high in Louisville get your facts straight. The flight path is well west of McCaslin Blvd, which is Boulder Open Space. Only one or two neighbor hoods is in the direct flight path, so is parts of Broomfield by the Mall and and all of SW Louisville, where all the homes burned down. Yes I live in Downtown Superior that you filmed with the drone, you could see my house. I worked in Louisville. Lived in Broomfield for 20 years Aspen Creek ( and a place in Breckenridge ). Superior is the best place to live in CO if you work ( I'll debate Breck, Vail, Aspen or Telluride, spent lots of time in all ), its small, its safe, many trails, I live 4 minute walk to Boulder open space all the way to the front range and 5 minutes to the new town center.... You want to live here!

I'm considering Cap Hill. My biggest factor is probably walkability (because I come from terrible walkability in FL) but I will probably need to drive a lot depending on where I get a job. So many companies are NOT in Denver proper for some reason.

Many parts of the Rocky Mountains are closer to parts of the East side of Denver, including DIA area. For example Estes Park, Boulder etc is closer to DIA than most parts of Lakewood, Littleton or south Denver.

I personally worked with people in the construction industry who moved to Denver for the high salaries, but, they slept in their cars. Still, they keep coming.

1. The ghetto part of Aurora is north of Mississippi, west of I-225. 2. I remember when there used to be a dog track in Commerce City near Vazquez.

Worst neighborhood: any neighborhood in New York City. Aurora is equivalent to South Jamaica Queens.

Hey man! these were great! Been in Boston for 10 years making the "mountain life" work with 2+ hour drives to the nearest thing you could call a mountain for backpacking, camping, skiing, day hikes, you name it. Coming from Boston, everything looks to be better there - Weather, access to mountains, traffic, rent, housing costs, and other costs of living. I am in construction/architecture so fact that everything is being developed sounds good for my market. I have heard horrors of i-70, is it really that bad? And city traffic, right now it's 4:30pm on Monday, and a drive from Cambridge (5-6 miles out of Boston downtown) to Salem 23 mile trip on the highway is 1hr 7 minutes (if the GPS is actually correct and its not more). Cambridge to Framingham at only 22 miles is 1hr 18 minutes currently. Are these mile to minute ratios the level of Denver during rush hour or i-70 traffic? "Bad" as you said is relative, and I am trying to understand if I will feel relief coming from Boston?
