In Nashville currently. Ready for a change. Monument has been near the top of the list for a while. Need to make a trip out there again and stay for a week.
We moved to monument in December 2023 after building new with Vantage. I love it here. For the first time in my life have absolutely no plans on going anywhere!
David Weekly Homes -For 1.2 Million, you can view townhomes and homes, the front range is way in the distance. There are no trees, no formal parks, and no place to walk your dog. The home lots are nonexistent, and each home is 8 ft away from the other. A 1.2 million dollar home should have a huge deck, but the decks can hold, at most two chairs comfortably. You are better off building at Sanctuary Point. Building next to townhomes and apartments, you won't realize any increase in sales price in the future.
Love monument, it's got the best Mexican restaurant La Casa Fiesta. Lived right on the road that divided monument/Colorado springs Baptist road. Plus Palmer lake near by. Unsure if the bowling alley is still there. Pro tip when moving to monument, don't be close to the train tracks cause the train be loud.
We moved from Houston, TX to Monument 2006 and we never regretted it. It has been a blessing to us and the best place to raise your family.
That’s fantastic to hear. We’re about to leave Florida and out #1 goal is to have a nice place to raise our girls
Another great video guys! Can't wait to be a Monument "local" in a couple of months!
SO CLOSE!! You’re gonna love it!!

Love Ethan, so friendly and just a really great guy. Food is fresh and natural, Monuments little gem 💗
Dude!!! This was a fantastic take of Monument. It'd be perfect if you covered Monument Glamping, but I'll forgive you. :)
Yeah, I just moved here! It’s amazing! I feel like I live in a vacation town in a newer community on the west side. I love the train.
That intro was INCREDIBLE
I’d love to open a barbershop there!

My family moved here in 1975 - I was born and raised in monument ❤ it is the best town but not little anymore 😢
Ya move close to the Palmer Divide they said.
Do you not like it out there??
The snows wild compared to co springs.

Born and raised in Colorado. It’s turning into a liberal Hell Hole!
I pray our family gets stationed here! It’s close to base and close to my nursing school . 🎉
To call Monument part of Colorado Springs is a bit of a stretch.

From what I hear, very Conservative!
Ping pong only! 🎉 Billiards is a waste of space 😂
Yeah and the homes are 800k+
Side note, the propaganda of changing "master bedroom" into "primary" is so crazy
