Good content! You just don't talk about it...you show it, as well! A picture paints a thousand words. I love the topography...beautiful gentle terrain and right smack between Denver and the Spgs. I'd like to see a planned community here with semi-custom lots to build on.

We are contemplating a move to Denver. For the life of me, I can't understand why the real estate is so expensive?? Where are the trees????
LOL - it's not like there isn't plenty of land. Seems like everything is $100k-$200k more expensive than my current city of Orlando - and I thought we were expensive. The trees are in the mountains and foothills. High plains doesn't have a lot of trees. Many cities on the Front-range claim to be in a high-desert but this is not correct - they are semi-arid grasslands (plains). Deserts get less than 10 inches of annual rainfall, but Denver gets about 14 inches (Springs gets 18 inches).
Front-range cities should be all connected via light rail and perhaps express rail between major cities to Denver. It will likely never happen in my lifetime. But, yeah, it would be cool to consider Colorado Springs or Ft Colins a bedroom community of Denver - both are slightly too far for most that require regular commuting to Denver. Since I'm fully remote right now, that is less of an issue for me - but I still want the option in case things change.
Castle Rock will bever allow a lightrail. Not during the current city council. "They dont want all that traffic in the little town" The town halls are online to view.

Video title feels misleading unless your target audience are the wealthy, which considering the state of the economy probably is. Castle Rock is expensive, no public transport either, barely anything interesting to do either unless you're super outdoorsy, like more than what the impression people from Denver apparently give.
Quite boring down here.
