Great stuff, Erwan. Kevindra is very knowledgeable. But who came up with your glossary, a Malay? Some of those would be met with confused looks in Jakarta. Try these:
Mushrooms = jamur instead of cendawan
Crab = kepiting instead of ketam
Salted fish = ikan asin instead of masin
Red chillies = cabai/cabe merah instead of merah
    And bonus: pig/pork = babi
Looking forward to the next video!

    Salted - Asin
    Ikan - fish

    Egg - telur
Salted egg - telur asin (usually duck egg instead of chicken egg)

Finally got around to watching this much anticipated vlog and I must say Erwann pretty much covered it! But Indonesia is huge and you will find different variants of your favorite dishes scattered all around the country! Make the time to visit the other cities and taste their very own take on these savoury meals! Bon appétit and keep exploring! Krupuk for days....
