yo these foods are 100% authentic. sometimes people only look for nasi goreng or mi goreng and rendang, but thissss damn they just escalate the level of indonesian cuisine. hope sometimes u guys can also try indonesia's manadonese cuisine, that known for its extremeness. you can find a meal with bat meat, white tailed wood mouse, phyton meat, etc

@Sleine Chow I think it's more likely a Indonesian Chinese food that isn't available in China Mainland because it was made by Chinese diaspora in Indonesia. Some American Chinese food is also not available in China either. So, despite influenced by Chinese, Fu Yung Hai can still be considered as Indonesian food because it was created by Chinese diaspora in Indonesia, not imported directly from China Mainland.
As an Indonesian fan, i highly, highly recommend you to try the authentic martabak, fresh from the stove, with the butter that still melt on top of it. YOO IM TELLING U THAT WOULD BE THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPEN IN YOUR TONGUE

My church even provides an additional Indonesian Mass once a month to accommodate the Indonesian population in my area. They cook up some delicious lunches to share after Mass!

Yes, many tagalog words are the same with indonesian. Ex: umbbrella is payung.
Sriwijaya = Visaya
Stone = batu = watu
Meanwhile in Indonesia "Beef" is called "Daging", Banana Leaf is called "Daun pisang", and "Pandan" is pandan leaf typical hebs and spices.
In Java, bird = manuk, while in Tagalog manok is chicken
