Greetings all…I’m so sorry I thought I fixed issue with spatial video within TH-cam. So so sorry but I was wrong and mine is still not fixed either.
You’re a real one for trying to help everyone. Thanks! No worries!!
I just checked now mine doesnt have it maybe its only certain reigions
Yeah I think it’s a slow roll out, you’re not the only one
I'm trying to order the facial interface on Amazon and your 10% off code is not working. Can you please verify? Thanks!
Thanks I’ll check with them
APEXINNO expressed their sincere apologies for the code in the video not working and upped the 10% to 15% !!!
Here’s the new code 15B9XXLX
I’ve also added some Amazon links with limited time discounts if you want to use those. Thanks so much!
Fan your content. Keep going!
These comments are the best thanks Brian! Will do!
@@TheConstruct_VR 👍Hmmm, i have the update but don't see mixed reality in environments. Running v65. Turned on Spatial data. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. No dice. lol. How do I get it to work?
@@brianres it seems to be some sort of a slow roll out. I’m going to test some thing when I get back. Others aren’t having issues too. We can’t seem to nail down any one cause other than slow roll out
@@TheConstruct_VR Ok, thanks.
I noticed when I walk away from a video that is playing with the headset still on the screen will go black and then come back on as I get closer to it. Is there a way to fix this?
I haven’t noticed that. You’re still inside your guardian?
nice info thanks
Update latest version week ago 1.56.21 and there is no mixed reality option in the list. İt writes (No) instead of mixed reality option. My system is v64. Any comment?
I’m thinking you have to be on V65 unfortunately
@@bluesking72 some are reporting the “none”
Issue. I’m not sure what it’s related to. When I get home I’ll see if I can share my APK. But I wonder if it’s related to official v65 vs PTC v65 not totally sure. I’ll let you know what I find
@@TheConstruct_VR Thank you.
Man this is nuts, just confirmed some are able to do it on v64. Try installing an re-installing also go to settings > apps > TH-camVR and see if it has access to spatial data in the settings
@@TheConstruct_VR I check it and access to spatial data is on.
Why when i turn on 8k in vr videos it looks bad?
Not all labeled as 8k are really 8k. Also your connection needs to be able to handle it. Click the gear icon and make sure it’s actually 8k resolution as an option (4320) only then is is truly 4k
Thanks for letting me know. I was in youtubeVR last week but didnt see mixed reality there. Maybe i need to uodate the all manually. Shame the current hardware for 8K 360 is as rare as total eclipse. Theres about 2-4 videos that are actually high quality rest is blurry mess. Bit more high quality ones in 180 degree category tho which is decent. The only other decent places ive seen 180 video ls in high quality was 18+ websites 😅 like adult industry got the good stuff before entertainment. “Unexpected” haha
Haha! Yeah. There’s a few niche channels of people with good filming hardware that’s making a few things but it’s few and far apart. Happy to help!
I tried everything! First, I gave access to spatial data in the settings, but that didn't work. So, I deleted the app. Then, I repeated the process, giving access to spatial data again, but still no luck. After deleting the app once more, I rebooted my device. Next, I downloaded YT VR again and granted access to spatial data in the settings. Just to be thorough, I rebooted the device one last time. But unfortunately, I still couldn't access passthrough.
This is super odd. I can’t make sense why it’s not rolled out to everyone. Thanks for trying all the things. I haven’t been able to nail down one variation that makes a difference
@@TheConstruct_VR No problem, my friend. Thank you for keeping us informed and giving us something to look forward to.
Disable/turn off passthrough.
@@carlosd.atkinson4832 Care to elaborate?
I thought I fixed the issue but I didn’t, I just checked mine again is still the same as yours.
I am so sorry for the incorrect info.
good job main
🤜🤛
WOAH!
Woah indeed.
I’m on v65 and I don’t have it.
I’m thinking is TH-cam doing the staggered rollout.
but still no share option.
I feel like that’s a Meta OS limitation. Like what would the share app be? What’s App? Facebook? Or just open a web browser. I feel like there’s no seamless way to do it in quest. At least for now. I hope they look into that on this UI refresh.
@@TheConstruct_VR I would have considered that it was a qeust limitation as well, but anything you screen grab, you can share to facebook at least. but there may well be complications getting an app to do the same.
@@glennbargery7420 yeah I feel like as we use the quest for more than gaming we’re realizing how many things are just not cared for. Open OS won’t solve everything but I sure hope it helps.
Its not listed for me... no moxed reality... typical
Lots of people have had issues on the first try. Try rebooting your headset, make sure you have spatial data for the room your in set up. Lastly try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
TH-cam added Mixed Reality way before that last update bro they had that since v63 update and I am now on v64 update that's a old feature not unless it didn't reach your headset until now bit I have had this feature for over a month now 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Seems it was a larger group of us that didn’t have it until now. Odd it wasn’t mentioned in the app notes or anything. 🤔I promise I didn’t see it in 63 or 64. Even now in the comments people aren’t seeing it. Glad you got it early bro because it’s AWESOME.
Awesome
