Thanks Trish :) The background was nice and dry, which also helps with the transparency. For the background, my "magic" colors were a combination of Pthalo Teal and Alizarin Crimson for the top with a bit of Naples Yellow popping in and out, and for the bottom it was Naples Yellow or Yellow Ochre and White. I may have done the beginning of this background on the Painting a Wine Bottle video-- if you click on the word "Videos" on my channel, you can scan down to find it!! Thanks so much for watching! Thank you Sharon. I appreciate the encouragement! The comments come up right when you send them each time. We are still working on trying to figure out how to do a live broadcast, but, for now, I will continue to make the regular videos in a recording and send them out to you all as fast as I can! Have a super day today. Nettie Kaye

I really like your informative genial way you share knowledge. Thanks. I am not sure if you are going to get this now or your on a delayed broadcast.

You make me feel like even *I* could be and artist!
I use a t-square ruler to keep the lines straight.
Good suggestion Sharon! Especially when I am sitting off to the side!
