Thank you Margarita, I have loved Helen Van Wyk from the moment I first saw her. When I first got Rheumatoid, 15 years ago, I was unable to sit up for about a year. I watched and listened to her videos as I rested. When I was finally able to paint, what I learned from her had changed my entire approach!
