    I was misdiagnosed with mental disorder over 20yrs ago. I had a flu and Pneumonia vaccine the years before. I had already went thru early menopause 15 yrs before. I ended up never being diagnosed with a low thyroid.i ended with fibromyalgia with the vaccine. Over the years I took my own health in hand . I found the supplements for Thyroid have helped tremendously. Thank you for continuing to open our eyes to the truth. Chemicals are not the answer.

    Great vid! Some of the best advice on YT imo. I would have covered copper though since it's required for iron. And too much zinc can crash copper then impact iron. So too much zinc theoretically could cause hypothyroidism. You definitely want a balance between zinc/copper. Then get the iron, iodine, selenium levels locked in.

    I was just told I have hypothyroidism. I’ve been vegan for over a year and wasn’t taking supplements, I wasn’t eating the correct foods neither. I’ve since changed my diet and started taking all of these vitamins.I’m finnaly down 10lbs in a month since making the change. I’m taking levothyroxine right now as well but hopefully i can help reverse it faster with good diet and vitamins. 😭

    • @El_FzEq
      @El_FzEq ปีที่แล้ว

      Ex-vegan here. There are many ways we can help animals without sacrificing health. I understand you might not want to consider adding any animal products to your diet, but there are ethical butchers that sell high-quality meat/eggs. Sustainable, antibiotics-free seafood is also a good choice, since most of them only posses a vey basic nervous system.
      Supplementing with minerals/vitamins instead of allowing your digestive system to assimilate nutrients from food is *extremely* harmful to our body in the long run. Wishing you all the best.

    My pregnancies were dreadful. I was nutrient deprived, vomiting 2 years straight and had 3 kids in that time. It's been 9 years now and I'm still trying to recover. In addition, for 8 years after pregnancy I didn't sleep and I had menorrhagia for 4 yrs. Far out. No wonder my thyroid is fucked. Doctors are dumb. The only advice they gave me was to eat less and exercise more and get a fit bit. And this was coming from high paid specialists who had won awards. I found that my iron was very low indeed. My diet now contains high levels of iron, protein, antioxidants and selenium. My hair has finally started growing again and I have more energy.

  • @kathyf7024
    @kathyf7024 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have very high TSH of 12 and T4 is just barely low. Do I need Synthroid thyroid medication or is it possible to reverse hypothyroidism with supplements alone without Synthroid? I have heard that once you start taking Synthroid even 25mcg then you cannot ever stop it. Is this true? I take 3 drops of Lugol's 2 percent iodine daily as well as 90mg of Zinc Picolinate. I had stopped taking iodine at the time of the blood test. I'm afraid of starting the 25mcg Synthroid. Hypothyroidism runs in my family and I've had very low Adrenals for some time now. Symptoms are chronic pain, hair loss, sensitivity to cold. I lost a lot of weight from loosing muscle due to chronic fatigue so no weight gain for me. Doctors change the subject when I bring up testing my adrenals. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but I'm wondering if it's been Hypothyroidism all along. I barely function and have not worked for years due to this. I just don't want to regret starting Synthroid but maybe I can come off of pain medication. I would appreciate your expert opinion. Thank you for what you do.💟
