    I was almost suicidal from the pain and congestion I've experienced in the past year. I am totally serious, I really thought I'd never get better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I started with a huge abscess on my forehead which then became a stye in my eye. To make a long story short, after visiting 5 dermatologists, an ENT and many, many visits to my primary ( lots of scripts, too) I'd given up. THANK GOD I STUMBLED UPON THIS VIDEO! wondering if someone can help me, I am trying to look up the contraindications but the link isn't working. I tried just a few of the steps shown, and have landed myself a horrid sore throat and bad sinuses a day later, when I had no symptoms. Now I'm wondering what the contraindications were/are. Does anyone here know? I can rewatch this and actually complete it, but I almost dont dare to proceed............

    • @newlycreated1864
      @newlycreated1864 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Amy Fullner I've been doing this massage on myself for 8 years. Each step is like climbing a mountain. When you reach the peak you retrace your steps back down to the bottom of the mountain. The first step creates a vacuum, and the steps in between draws the fluid down to your collar bone area, the final step releases all that fluid out your lymphatic system. If you don't complete the steps,especially the last one, perhaps fluid is pooling up near your throat and causing pain? The first time i did this was to drain my ears that were clogged and stopped up. This massage drained my sinuses. My ears unpopped with silver gel gently swept into my ear Canal. I hope you're feeling better!!!

    I don't want to be gross, but I do want to be honest for anyone who may come across and read this.. I watched and learned this last year and definitely found it effective at relieving sinus pressure and helping me through sinus/upper respiratory infections without antibiotics.. but today was a whole new revelation of the strength of it. I just woke up with a terribly sore throat and lots of congestion in the back of my nasopharynx, the kind of stuff that NEVER comes out.. and after doing this massage with some Vick's vaporub.. it was almost like it just fell out into my throat and I could cough it right out! I can still feel it draining into my throat, but almost instantly about 70% of the burning pain and raw feeling is gone. DEFINITELY use this for anyone suffering with congested sinuses and nose/nasopharynx!! I was thinking I was going to need antibiotics again after trying so hard and not needing them for almost a year now, but after this session of doing this this morning I feel so much more hopeful that I can clear it up myself! Thank you for this excellent guide!!

      I havent had a respiratory problem since i started eating jalepono slices but i think i contracted this coronavirus and blocked up the tubes behind my right ear and this is helping along with antibiotics, ginger, turmeric, jaleponos, tea, lemon, eucalyptus, oil of oregeno, vicks, tea trea oil, steroid nasal spray, etc. This seems to MOVE the junk thats probably dried hard in the tube between my ear and throat. I took pseudoephedrine today after 20 days of this and this massaging is one of the few things that feels like its moving anything. So much love and thanks and i told my gf about you who just moved to Louisville.

      Radiation is a common treatment for cancerous tumors. If this relatively common knowledge is blowing your mind, perhaps a simple google search can prevent you from embarrassing yourself in the future. Also, if you must doubt someones statements, forming your thoughts in a kinder less negative way usually carries a lot more weight, even to those who disagree. Just a tip for the future. (If you don't want to take the time to google search, feel free to contact me privately and I can give you the rundown on radiation therapy if you are legitimately curious)

    Watched your video over the weekend and have been doing this therapy to lessen the mucous in my nose. It all started 3 weeks ago with an allergic reaction to shrimp and all hell broke loose on my face, mouth and jaw. So much pressure, the nerves in my teeth were causing me extreme pain. Went to the doctor who shot me up with cortisone and that didn't even help. Since I started doing this drainage massage, my face is no longer swollen, jaw pain has gone down by 85 percent. My nasal passages are clearing. I guess it didn't help that we are in the height of allergy season. Kudos to you Heather and the amazing videos you've posted to help those in need!

    She is absolutely skilled and I"be been using this technique for years. I still come back to get something I may be missing from time to time. It's like a good old facial massage. I massage my whole face and get great relief. Thank you for the viedo!

    I first relied on the techniques in this video after having a root canal. (I couldn't tolerate ANY pain medicines, not even OTC.) I did the lymph drainage massage several times the first day and a few times the second day. On day 3, the swelling was completely gone, and I was back to normal. I send this video to friends and family who've had dental work. My kids use the techniques when they have colds. It works on allergy symptoms, too.

    Guess I should have commented on this a long time ago. This vid changed my life....I did this everyday (couple times a day for about a month...) it fixed my system so completely that I rarely (maybe once a month) do the massage techniques (and a couple more I invented that helped) anymore, and suffer very little issues. If i get a head cold this technique also helps immensely. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Rest assured I have passed on the good word!! ( I was an anxious stressful mess for years before this technique cleared me up...been good for 5 years now.)

    I love your videos, they saved me! A woman here in Texas was charging $140 for 30 minutes of lymph drainage massage, not very good and she was giving the therapy with an eye dropper, she wanted me to come back lots of times. I discovered you and now when my ankles and lower legs puff up in the nasty texas heat I follow your videos and all the liquid buildup goes away, thank you dear lady!
