I stumbled upon this two days ago looking for something to release the tension in my brows. I've tried soothing oils, netti pots, various massage, etc. After two days, I can honestly say the tension in my brow area is more relaxed looking and smoother. I practice this twice daily and will continue to do so. Amazing.

    Thank you Heather ...
for actually WAITING the 20 seconds of each pinch...it helps me a lot to have the patience for those self-treatments...usually...when I do these massages on my own...I tend to not have the stamina for doing them that long...(after all no one is watching, padding me on the shoulder for doing this..(grin)) So I will watch the video each time I do this...having you as a companion to help me getting through something I KNOW IS GOOD FOR ME.. THANK YOU again! Seleina, Germany

I'm 56 and I have extremely strong worry wrinkles ever since I can think (let's say since teenagehood, the skin in the crease looks like a fine scar.) I tried this massage for the first time today, and I can't believe the result: I can actually feel that the wrinkle (muscle) flattened ALREADY!! I mean, of course, I have to do it over and over again. But I'm deeply impressed!

I had Botox and filler injection for 2 years that helped the all over look because it helped the muscles to remember that they can relax. No Botox since a few months. Still looks better than before.

Heather - thank you for this! I just found this video yesterday and have only done it twice so far but today after I did it I totally couldn't see my 11!!! I had to get really close to the mirror and couldn't believe I could only barely see it then. I know this video is a year old, but I hope you see my comment because I just can't thank you enough. I've always been so self conscious about this area and have tried everything short of botox. This is the first thing that worked!

Hi Heather :) I've enjoyed several of your videos in the recent past. I remember especially liking one you did on draining lymph from face, and I think one on moving lymph along body...I'm gonna find those and start doing them again. They really worked great!
I'm delighted to find this video! THIS WORKS!!! I've been feeling in between my brows and I honestly felt like there was bones, with a space between them. I thought, maybe like calcium build up, sorta like bone spurs...? BUT IT WAS THE MUCLES!!! The muscles were so tight and hard it felt like bone! I did this video 3 times in a row, and already, the crease is much, much less! And it doesn't feel like there is a permanent gully deep inside anymore!
I love your vids!!!! Thank you so very much

This was fantastic. It really helped relieve tension in my brow. I was wondering if you have any exercises/self treatments that can relieve tension between my eyes more towards the bridge of the nose and tear ducts? i feel a lot of muscular tightness there which throws off focusing and eye movement. Thank you 🙏

  • @nabowcutt5308

Wow, this works amazingly well. It seems the massage causes swelling of the brow muscles causing which makes them harder to use subconsciously. It even seems to helps with the bags under my eyes. Maybe because it is forcing me to use the muscles below my eyes, thus bringing more circulation and blood flow to the tissue there. Thanks. Love these videos.

This did work for me when I tried it, but I stopped because tugging at my skin like that makes me nervous. I already have hooded eyes/droopy eyelids (which I feel is part of the cause of my frown lines - excessive skin pressure) and I feel like tugging at it and pulling it around is just going to cause more problems in the long run. No idea if I'm right, but nobody has been able to confirm otherwise so far.

I was wondering what wrinkles you were talking about? The ones in between the eyes that are diagonal? They are not totally vertical, some people call them crows feet, but they are NOT crows feet. Crows feet is on the outside of the eye. I HATE these wrinkles between my eyes.I wear glasses, squint a LOT!

What I do, is I raise my eyebrows and then push upwards on them using my fingers massaging them and then massaging in the top eyelid area underneath my brows, is this normal?

How long does this take to work on deep 11 lines? I've noticed a very slight improvement over the last week but nothing noticeable to others. Should I keep doing it?

There is no scientific evidence for this. Unless you count ancient Chinese face mapping as 'scientific'.
