I saw the other video on this channel where he rec'd this plate squat technique and it CHANGED MY LIFE. I was about to swear off any type of squat because my groin would give me so much pain. This warm up has changed that, I'm finally getting gains on my squats

Conor didn’t save the “combat sport” he saved the “business/entertainment sport” now the market is flooded with casuals that care more about the marketing and press conference than the fight. This isn’t what the sports need, it will get old. These aren’t the fans we need.
How important is ankle inversion/eversion to overall ankle mobility? Can that be a limiting factor for dorsiflexion somehow? I can't get knees far over toes still 😕

I have an anomalous hip joint that is bone-bridged to my lower vertebrae and it makes hip openers very uncomfortable (sometimes painful). Do you have a suggestion for how I can stretch effectively and pain-free? My doctor basically just said, “suck it up. It’s gonna hurt.” Which is fine if that’s the truth but I’m looking for alternatives if they are out there. Thank you for your time.
