Same here man! Ive come a long way since covid and with his videos I feel Im figuring out what I need to do to work through these injuries. Dont give up! The one positive thing we get from it (besides a ton of frustration) is that we are forced to learn new things. Once we're injury free well definitely be stronger than we were before.

After two weeks of doing these moves my life has improved significantly because of these exercise❤🎉. I opted out of a hip arthroscopy in 2012 and a double hip replacement surgery in 2018 and 2019 after seeing that the joint didn't get worse in the 10 year period from 2010 til 2020 when I had X-rays done again and was diagnosed with FAI. I've seen a D. O. and I still see a chiropractor. I'm gonna show your channel to him. This is the first time in 25 years Ive had no hip pain I've done meds steroids natural no surgery no relief till now.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 😭 tears of joy. THANK YOU ❤

I had it done 5 months back. Im still in pain, which I feel is more muscular. My back still hurts the same way as before due to compensation. My RoM definitely improved after surgery( a Labral tear was repaired as well). Every doc i have consulted (7+) have given me upto 10 years untill I need a hip replacement despite the arthroscopy. I have mild OA. Im still terrified to do any of these exercises, as I have regressed multiple times post surgery while PT doing some absurd routine

After an accident four years ago, I had persistent hip pain that never completely went away. It got to the point where doctors diagnosed me with rheumatism and put me on very strong medication. I never wanted to believe that I had rheumatism and searched for a solution myself, and I came across this channel. These simple exercises have helped me to be almost pain-free today and walking again, and the exercises have become a regular part of my training.

After spending lots of money visiting the chiropractors, and stretchlabs, you have single-handedly changed my life for virtually $0 (zero dollars)! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was able to walk 2 miles after one day of this exercise. I know this does not seem a lot, but before this, I could barely sit or stand for an hour straight without being in severe pain from the the side of my hip and glute pulling on me. Thank you!

@@Joe-wt6eh helped, but its important to do hip flexor work and I also switched up my squat technique to have a wider stance since it puts less pressure on the hip flexors. that caused some buttwink issues so im going back to a closer stance but it did help the hip pain.

  • @ckhprojectpro777

These exercises are spot on for me, thank you! I have hypermobility issues and twisted hips from a car accident. I tend to pop out in my hips, which then causes pain everywhere sometimes waking me up in the middle of the night. I can self adjust but without strength I just pop out again. But many exercises are either overkill and cause a huge inflammatory kickback, or don’t address where I need the strength. These do. When I do them consistently and I’m mindful of my posture and everything else I can finally sleep through the night. I have to be consistent with them and not move sloppy causing overstretching on the days I feel good. Plus, I started doing only partial sets because I have learned that starting new exercises of three sets of 10 or more can cause that inflammatory painful kickback. I also started assisted which took away the nerve pain so I could successfully do more repetitions while working up to unassisted.

Thank you SO MUCH for the videos you post. I've tried to "get back into shape" for a while now, but my shoulders and hips would start hurting every time, and I wouldn't be able to figure out how to make it stop. I get that pinching pain the in the front of my hips! And the rotator muscles in my shoulders are weak. I've only discovered this by watching your channel, and now I"m working on it! It's great to know where to start. Anyway, thanks again!

The Airplane is nothing more than what in yoga is known Ardha Chandrasana and Parivrrta Ardha Chandrasana. Half Moon Pose and Revolved Half Moon Pose.
If you do yoga properly, most of the asanas (exercises) are about strengthening the body at your full range of motion, aligning and stabilising whilst you breathe. Basically doing a specific yoga class focused on hip openers and can get you the same results or even better as the mind muscle connection whilst you breathe gents way more enhanced.
Saying that, I absolutely love the channel and the videos,

How long would it likely take to feel a big change from these types of movements? would it be relatively quick or would it take several weeks?
My right hip particularly is always sore and is a restrictive as well, my issue is from sitting down for work on a computer way too long
If I lift my knee up on my right leg I feel a bit of pain and restriction because of it, if I put pants on I have to hold onto something when i put my right leg in, but my left leg is fine
I'm ultra mobile & stretching does nothing for me, so I'm going to try a fair few things shown in your videos
