THE 5 BEST INNER THIGH EXERCISES [THIGH SLIMMING WORKOUT AT HOME / NO EQUIPMENT]

  • Why do most people on diet find it more difficult to lose thigh and lower body fat compared to other body parts?     ※ All exercises are conducted in 30 seconds, in 2 sets total without resting.
