    Tol advice ko lng sa mga taong na merong acid reflux. Wag kayong mag intermittent fasting. Ginaya ko yan at sa ngayon konting sip lng ng coke sumasakit na yung tiyan ko

      Hi! Thank you for watching the video. Kung ang tinutukoy niyo po ay sa intermittent fasting, sa loob ng 8 hours na iyon po, pwede kayo kumain ng kahit anong pagkain. Pero I suggest po na limitahan niyo po ang calorie intake ninyo at sabayan na rin po ng exercise.

      Hi! First of all thank you for watching my video. If you are achieving to reduce fats sa chest area, I highly recommend to do cardio and caloric deficit at the same time 😊

    What if po eh nag sstrength training and cardio. Di po ba maaffect yun calories needed ng katawan habang nag cacalorie deficit and intermittent fasting? Any tips po

      Hi. First of all thank you for watching the video. Btw I'll answer this based on my experience. Regarding sa question mo,may effect tlaga sa calorie intake pag pinagsabay ang strength training and cardio, pero, regardless kung sabay man ang strength trainibg at cardio or hinde, it all depends sa kung ano yung goal mo,either to lose weight or kung nagpapalaki ka ng katawan. If the case is nagpapapayat ka, you might want to consider ang caloric deficit, but on the other hand, if your goal is to gain muscles, you might want to consider to put a stop on the caloric deficit and maybe add some more calories on your diet. Same goes sa intermittent fasting. Hope nakatulong 😁
