    For those asking about freezing the meals, you can freeze the egg muffins, chicken, salmon, creamed spinach, and even the vegetables for the burrito bowl. Just make sure you defrost it before reheating.

      Spices don’t add calories though..... so you can absolutely season your food regardless

    I tried Kayla’s meal preps, I mixed three different dishes from her other videos. I did it for about a month and a half and I definitely saw results. I was running 3-4 times a week around my neighborhood while meal prepping and my belly was reduced, I was less bloated and my back fat minimized. Also, I was strict with the meal prep, only eating three meals a day. This was the ending of last year but I’m back because I gained weight again. I hope to last longer!

      Her mid day snacks are great and they also help keep you satisfied all day. I have oí am seeing a difference both weight and side affects of inflammation, joint pain, brain fog and daily headaches, all are getting so much better.
      My favorite are… well they are all favorites, but salads in a jar. I have never had a salad last me all day long. I eat lunch around 10:30 to 11:15 every day and usually I’m not hungry by dinner but I’ll eat a small snack or 1/2 of my meal prep, just so I don’t get hungry before bedtime.

      Yes I love plantains. I’m Panamanian so we eat them a lot. The more dark spots on the plantains the sweeter they will be. When they are green you can fry them in oil and season with salt and pepper.

    I have eaten from this menu like three or four times. I love all of Kayla recipes and any recipe she uses from other people, like the soup. These meals have all been a hit with the fam.

    Tried this yesterday, so far, we only had the salmon but it was so easy to whip up and absolutely delicious! Also, I felt full but not stuffed, quite light.     This is my first meal prep that I have ever done and it’s delicious. I added chopped romaine lettuce the burrito bowl. I only didn’t have avocados for this meal but hopefully next time. I have lost 4 lbs this week due to walking everyday at least 30 minutes and staying with this meal plan. I have substituted the dinner a couple times for one of the chia seed and rolled oats mixture b/c it’s cold so I packed it in my bag to eat at kids baseball games.

    I just finished my first day and the meals are so emotionally and physically satisfying! Filling, delicious and healthy. The prep definitely took me longer, especially since it was my first time making it, but the meals are simple to make. Loved it!

    I just made this meal prep and did everything the exact same way!!! When I tell you this ish was good!!! No great!!! If meal prepping gone taste like this in 2022 for it!!! This lady must got a little black in her cause the seasoning she uses has this food 🔥!!!! I’m doing all her videos!!!

    I made the egg cups twice and I thought I would get tired of them, but they are soooooo good. This has been the only meal prep video where I actually eat the food I cook. I don't feel like I'm missing out when it comes to my meals since the seasonings being used make the food taste great. 👍 😊

      Glad you enjoyed it! You don't necessarily have to prep individual containers for each meal/day. You can store one recipe (i.e. the creamed spinach) in one container and just scoop out one portion when ready to serve :)

    Kayla, you need to try the Breville Smart Convection Oven. My husband got me one for Christmas and it has changed my life! Everything cooks perfect, tastes better and when on the "air fry" mode it makes it juicy inside and crispy outside... chicken and fish and steak take no more than 18-22 minutes.

    Hi Kayla, I am new to your channel. I love it!!!!! I really love the 5 day meal prep videos. I love how you have included the grocery list and all the prep things. I have really stuck with my weight loss plan. Thank you Ms. Covid for the gym closing and me gaining 18lbs. However when you came to personally visit me, you helped me lose 13 of those lbs, lol. Can you mix the meals like the lunch from one and the dinner from another? Also, can you please make more of those 5 day meal plans????
