    “You do not raise you hips until your block step contacts the ground.” This one sentence just totally changed how I jump. Thanks Coach!

    Thank you so much! Your Connor Barth jump analysis was super helpful! After seeing another video of yours on the punch foot I’m starting to see results!

    Can you add how the Punch The Ground works with jumping out of sand?
    Still go for ball of foot?
    How does the Gallup like approach change that?

    How can i transfer all my sprint velocity into a vertical jump , i mean that sometimes i run from halfcourt to the rim at full speed but i cant transfer all that speed into a vertical jump ( 2 step jump )

    • @solokiue
      @solokiue 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Probably, i heard from coach Donny from Elevate Yourself that as long as you maintain the last 2-3 steps then its good. You should prolly look for his vids yourself

    • @Josepowerzoro
      @Josepowerzoro ปีที่แล้ว +1

      One it can mean your not strong enough to transfer the power. 2 you need long 3 steps before you jump. It’s a slow build up not a instant full sprint.

    Where should be the weight during the last two steps?

    • @tonymawanda3231
      @tonymawanda3231 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      On the balls of your feet (for the block foot) and for the penultimate you should be able to land with your heel first then the foot goes down and thsts where the block foot comes into play
