    I help Chris add 3.5" to his vertical jump with PPA Jump Technique in less than 1 hour! Check out our before testing in this fully coached 2 part series!
    This was such a fun jump analysis appointment with Chris! It's always such a pleasure working with someone like Chris who is completely open-minded and willing to commit fully to his improvement!
    For some context if you're new to PPA, both myself (Coach Ty) and the other Jump Guy here (Coach Chase) are former pro dunkers with 48" verticals. We have a diverse background as athletes beyond that as well, where Coach Chase competed as a pro hooper and I was a Team Canada Track Athlete and beach volleyball player for many years. We LIVE jumping and are widely considered to be the global experts in vertical jump technique. Our methods are now used world-wide by thousands of coaches and athletes. We work and have worked with the NBA, Team Canada/USA Volleyball, multiple overseas pro volleyball leagues and a variety of athletes and coaches from multiple sports.
    What you're seeing here in this analysis/overhaul are PROVEN principles that are now responsible for helping well over 5000 athletes add almost immediate results to their vertical jump, just by building EFFICIENCY through jump technique.

    Coach Tyler of Canada!!! These overhaul videos are hands down the BEST type of video you produce on the entire channel! #Fact. The value here is just sooooo much higher because we can actually analyze what's going on, how it's coaches, reactions, and other real world stuff. #CantGetEnough #LoveIt #YouDaMan

    coach I can accelerate real fast and run real fast, but i cant seem to transfer that up. I think it is probably my penultimate, but even when I plant it, it seems like im just losing the energy. My 5-7 step approach is a lot of times lower than my 3 step approach. I really need help.

      You need to slow down. He said this to me and i jumped 2 inches higher

    • @jumpguyty
      @jumpguyty  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would start just before your penultimate and get thousands of reps over 3-6 months from there. Slowly introduce one step at a time. The moment you can't transition the speed, reduce the step. This will take time!
