So much fun!! It’s so interesting to me the process that goes into everything when you have a Junk Journal on your mind. My Grandson brought the mail in to me the other day and there were some advertisements that were copied on sturdy paper. I kept looking at them, turning them over and studying each side. He said, “Oh no!!” …… me: “Oh no, what?” …… him: “Why do I get the feeling that’s gonna make an appearance in a Journal soon and you’re gonna show me and I’m gonna have to say, Wow! That’s so cool Grandma!” Lol. He just turned 16. He knows me too well. It’s his shirts that are becoming my masterpiece cover (it’s all in the eye of the beholder. Masterpiece)! Lol. But I love looking at your pages. Where they start and where they end up!! And I absolutely love the place mat!! Beautiful.

When you use the artificial leaves, if you tear off the stem/veining it lets the leaf lay flat.

Hello Barbara, what a lovely journal this is going to make. I REALLY need to want that green sheet of paper with the stamped leaves on, it is beautiful. I love how that envelope turned out! Those coffee dyed papers are brilliant! Such a warm, cozy feel this has.oh cool 😎I LOVE thunderstorms and rain! 😄 can you tell I'm from the U.K.😄😄. Oh those mushroom stamps are adorable 😍. Oh you might find Sponging your stencils with very little paint easier and really crisp 😁. Cool effect with your spatula, like using a pallet knife! Cute foxes are popular this year! My daughter makes and sells cute kids clothes and the fox fabric ones have been a favourite 😍. I want something with them on now like leggings😄. Great video! So much inspiration!
I only have one tip: you'll get the best result in stenceling if you stipple the paint on the surface, holding the brush in an upright position. If you're smearing the paint using the stencil, you wil always push the paint underneath and wil never get a crisp image

Did you try do use a sponge to dab two colours at the same time? The color will blending nicely directly on your page and create different spots - if you know what I mean... 🥰🥰🥰

How do you do this? what type of printer do you use and how many grams of paper. Did you make a TH-cam video about this I couldn't find it. I have a normal inkjet printer (Canon TS5050). I mostly print on higher quality copy paper 80 gsm by Clairefontaine and I choose the best quality option in my print settings. I hope that helps.

Thanks again! It’s a valid question and the answer is you use it for whatever you want to! You can of course write things down as inspiration hits you, you can add quotes, lists, add photos, poems, lyrics, random thoughts or just enjoy flipping through the pages. There is no right or wrong! Just enjoy! 😃❤️
