Dang! You are so creative and imaginative! One of these days, I feel like I'm going to wake up and you've built a seaworthy boat out of card stock, old plastic bags, and your sewing machine!
You say you aren't an artist, well let me tell you you're a genius, your ideas are wow, you videos are the best, and you are one of the most creative people on you tube. I just love your ideas Thankyou. Xxx
"Create for the sake of creating"!! I love that, it's exactly what I say when someone says to me "what do you do with your projects"? Sometimes, most times I don't do anything but I create out of love and it makes me happy and fulfilled, that's what matters. Natasa, as always I am in awe of all your ideas and glorious projects, thank you for sharing your passion with us. big hugs xx
THANK YOU!!! My sentiments EXACTLY!!! EVERYTHING you said!!! So very well put!!! I never thought of it until I saw this video today, but now I can simply create for the sake of creating! Thank you so much for reiterating what we all have a right to do! I get the same questions of “what’s it for?” or “what do you do with it?” I used to say “it’s like origami, you just admire it” 😂😂 Now we finally have permission to simply create for the sheer joy of it and create for the sake of creating and that’s a beautiful thing!!! 😊❤️🤩
Thank you now I know what to say when asked that question. Artists normally have mounds of paintings but they carry on because they just love painting. When my husband passed away I had to deal with 40 paintings. It's about doing what you love and keeping your brain active. 💕
Omagoshhhhh!!! Not even 10 minutes in and I'm melting any plastic i can find. I love it. I added a little glitter and it melted right in. I also put some washing tape in between the plastic and it held up like a champ!!! Thank you Natasha for being the brilliant and elegant woman that you are..My hats off to you😊
The problem is overconsumption. landfills will continue to fill even if we recycle. Have loooots of plastic everywhere to make crafts is not a good thing. Eventually all that plastic will end up in the environment, in a landfill, in the stomach of an animal (including ours) or in an incinerator (in the air you breathe). Plastic cannot be transformed indefinitely. The best we can do is stop depending on it and stop promoting any use as something beautiful or desirable.
You never cease to amaze! You are the most creative person I've seen anywhere on TH-cam. You're imagination goes far and deep. I'm so happy that I found your channel! 🤗
Sees new Treasure Books video: immediately excited, click on it to watch, automatically like before 5 seconds in, and now commenting straight away. Natasa, you are amazing. I watch your videos nearly every day because of your creativity, but also, your lovely personality, and comforting voice. I realise this sounds really fangirly, but if I was saying it irl, Id be calm outwardly (though nervous). Thank you Natasa for all your beautiful work, and always providing well spoken and written instructions as well.
WAAAAAT!!?? this is life changing for me! I drive the kids crazy keeping all the plastic bags. I always use them in the small trashcans throughout the house, as liners. But this!!! Oh my goodness!!! Thank you so much 😊❤❤ you are WONDERFUL! Best video ever!! You truly are a genius!
Dear Natasa, let me thank you again for sharig your many, many creative ideas with us. Nobody else can inspire me as much as you do, thank you so much again, I love your Videos, have a nice week, Gerlinde ❤
I've been saving plastic bags from Disneyland. I really wanted to keep the graphics on them, so I didn't want to make plarn. Now I finally have some project ideas for them. Thank you so much Natasa! ❤
Oh Natasha..you are so blessed with vision and creativity. I absolutely love how you do your intros..so enticing. And that crinkling sounds of paper..yum. every project is beautiful and unique..AS USUAL TFS ❤
Thank you so so much for this!! You inspired me. Using trash is what keeps me on your Chanel. People who go and buy papers and everything for junk journal are missing the point. Thank you for caring for our Mother Earth
Hi Natasha!! I love this! I’ve fused plastic bags together before and made bookmarks and jewelry before. I even grated up some crayons and sprinkled it in between the layers to make my drab bags more colorful. It’s fun to play around with it. Thanks for some great ideas Natasha! I’m definitely making some buttons. I love that idea. Okay, see ya next time! ❤️💜💚
You are just so fabulous🌺 I'm so mad at myself right now, I save all this stuff, and think I know Natasha will come up with something, then I go on a declutter trip around my house, and then I see a video of you making such beautiful things, out of the things I just threw away!!!!!! That was a mouthful!!! Just brilliant ideas you have. So unusual, yet so useful, and unique❤🌹🌷
Just Love that all of this is made from recycled bags! If only we could the world involved, how beneficial to our beautiful planet that would be!! How I love your art Natasa!! 💜
💕I know you hear it all the time....... but you and your ideas are AMAZING. Thank you so much for sharing something that we all can do, regardless of what tools we do or don't have. You show us there's a way for all of us to make useful things and beautiful art out of scraps........ things we would normally look at and think the execution is way beyond our capabilities and we could never make such gorgeous projects, BUT WE CAN, thanks to you 😊 Again, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and ideas 💡 Much luv from 🇨🇦💕 Kim
You are the queen of recycling and repurposing! Ironing plastic bags? Our church collects them to make benches. Love your gumption to embark on a fusing project and then adding your creativity and skill to make functional items like a glasses case and earrings is the frosting on the cake. Your instructions are clearly presented including the warning about fumes. I will probably do this outside when I give it a try. Thanks again for a wonderfully creative lesson that our present world could use.
You give us so many ideas. I thought I'd give you some back. Other things to make: Kites (diamond kites or box kites), bucket hats, hand fans, pinwheels, shower curtains, buntings, frames, toothpick tops, hanging spirals, masks, puppets, artist trading cards, placemats, beach totes, reusable lunch sacks, envelopes, paper dolls, assemblages.
Oh my goodness this is a very good project, can't wait to start it, you are a creative genius, love this, enjoy your weekend, and thank you for sharing.
You amaze me, how you keep coming up with more ideas!! I got your book for my birthday and I'm so happy to have it, but you're going to have to do another one, you know, because you are a never-ending fountain of ideas! Congratulations on putting out an actual book, by the way, how many TH-camrs can say they've done THAT?! Thanks for continuing to amaze me! I love glasses case with the zipper, that is just so fun! I love that it's not necessary but it is functional, you can use the zipper if you want to. And you made that look super easy, nevermind that most people get very intimidated about sewing zippers. I also really love the earrings and now I'm looking forward to making my own earrings!
I love hanging things on my journals and handbags too. I have at least one on every journal and handbag. 😊 very nice project! I have all sort of ideas in my mind already. I love upcycle things. The placemat can simply use for protection for your desk when you doing crafts. Thanks for sharing.
Wow! Love this idea! I have a ream of old heavy plastic shopping bags that I thought I would never use all of them but didn’t have the heart to throw out because they’re new and clean. Figured if I had a garage sale or something they would come in handy but they take up a lot of space. Now I see what I can do with a lot of them. You’re awesome, always coming up with something fabulous! I always look forward to each video to see what you create next!
This is such a great idea as a gift!😃 I wanted to comment about the lace you used for the closure. I learned that if you run the lace twice through the loop to secure a knot, it assures that the lace does not come undone. I even do this with yarn or even a shoelace that comes undone easily. Give it a try, it really works!😉 Love your idea so much, it's going to be my next project. Thank you! -King
Natasha, you never cease to amaze me with your crafts, they are all so awesome and so beautiful no matter what you craft! You are so blessed in your talents.
❤ I love it, all of it. There's times I'll sit & think for hours or days to come up with something. However YOU amazing women just snap & you come up with all these beautiful things. I really don't know how you do it but, please keep it up. Thank You. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
If I am ever having a creative block or just not feeling inspired, I know that I can always count on you to help with that. This is such a brilliant idea! So many beautiful treasures and keeping that plastic out of the landfills! Thank you so much for this. You’re a true gem ❤
Wow, I absolutely love the jewelry and keychains! They look so beautiful and professional. Added bonus that it helps give the plastic a new life :) Thanks so much for sharing these ideas! :D
Natasha, I am always speechless! I do become much more creative once i watch your videos, so thank you a bunch for sharing your creativity with the world❤🧡💛💚💙
You’re truly amazing in every one of your videos! When I get a notification I can’t wait for some quiet time to watch. Then I have to try it out too, thank you for always sharing your imagination and skills x
What a creative way to use plastic bags! Wow, I would have never thought to do this! Thanks for sharing your creativity with us! Have a blessed weekend!
“Create for the sake of creating ~ Natasa Marinkovic” You should coin that phrase!! I couldn’t agree with you more! As a tactile and aesthetic person, I get so much satisfaction creating for those purposes! I love your multifaceted approach to art and am inspired by everything you share! 👍🏼👏🏼😍
OMG, how nice these are! Now, I have got to go thru my plastic bags although, they are being so scarce as we no longer get them from stores, which is a good environmental thing. I need to try this out. Thank you for sharing❤
You are a marvel and inspiration!! I have been enjoying your creativity for years. I love your dedication to ecology and alternative use & repurposing. Your presentations are exceptional too. ❤
Gosh Natasa, these projects are so creative. I don't want plastic bags winding up in the landfill or the ocean. Thank you for all wonderful ideas you gave me to repurpose the bags of bags I have in the closet.
It’s wonderful to see people in our human family from all over the world. Take things that are different than we would know to use and make useful things from them. That are lovely wonderful to have and to share. You have been a delight for my mornings. I have lovely people in my life where I live in the middle of the United States that are very similar minded to you are human family, just pop up with wonderful things everywhere. I’m so grateful for the things you share. I just love it. I really do. Inspiration and kindness. Thank you.
Oh I LOVE all the ideas you came up with! It seems like you had a lot of fun making all these projects! One of the very first videos of yours that I saw (which was when I first started junk journaling) was your cereal bag tutorial. I STILL have tons of cereal bags that I never would have thought to use with this project 😏 I'm SO glad you mentioned them! Thank you for ALL of your hard work Natasa! 💞💖
Very beautiful fun projects and how good to upcycle all kinds of plastics to such little treasures. Love it, especially those earrings, pendants and the stuff for bags. Well, actually, I love everything, especially your presentation.
SPECTACULAR PROJECT......love love it....The cereal bag could make wonderful snowflakes garland for outdoor decoration....GREAT video.....THANK YOU. vivian
“Create for the sake of creating” YES! I love this! So often I get bogged down with not doing something because “what will I use it for/do with it?” THANKS for saying this. And thanks so much sharing your ideas💗
I will say it again you are one very talented young woman. Your ideas are endless. I love all of your videos and can watch them for hours on end. The only trouble is I’m getting old and forgetful so have to watch over and over again 🤣 thank you for taking the time to record your crafting ideas.
Love the ideas you use it from the plastic bag and the most one i like is the earring and the nicles. But love them all thanks again for you sharing them with us
Brilliant! I am inspired so much from your work. Thank you for the video. I never knew I could create and with your help I have found a hobby I love. I have found a lot of joy in junk journaling and beyond due to all your efforts!
You know you’re a true designer when you add zippers where they are not needed. Great job!!! I totally had an art teacher that would were the earrings. She was so cool.the cereal bag hearts would look great with some sequins in them or a word.some many great ideas so inspiring.
WOW!! Great way to keep plastic out of the landfill and waterways!! You are just amazing!!! What a wonderful creative mind you have. I will definitely be doing this. I think ill do it outside on the deck. I also think I'll wear a mask. So many ideas I'll stock pile the melted bags and on a rainy day I'll spend the day creating. I made your magazine doll skirts. So much fun!. Thank You a ton for sharing your ideas!! I am an older hen and I believe to keep your mind moving you need to create just for fun ...no end project in mind...and the idea will show itself. Love you. Thanks
i made "leather look" book covers from mod podge and tissue paper ... and some gold acrilyc paint... so maybe i'll try your method of pouches w/my tissue paper craft ! thank you for the ideas....
Great ideas Natasha! I see so many ideas to make for Christmas for all of the young ladies in my family. You probably have enough new ideas for a second book. The first one is great. Easy to read instructions, which is very much appreciated. I will never see plastic bags the same again! Thank you, thank you!
As always, this week’s project inspires me. 🌟I will definitely try your technique to create pouches, journal covers and buttons. Once I purchase the necessary jewelry hardware, I’d also like to try making pendants and earrings. Thank you so much, Natasa!
Dang! You are so creative and imaginative! One of these days, I feel like I'm going to wake up and you've built a seaworthy boat out of card stock, old plastic bags, and your sewing machine!

Thank you so much my friend, that means the world coming from you. ❤
I am a 78years creative but i had never thought of this beautiful way of using bags, let me start imnediately! Love from Italy
Omagoshhhhh!!! Not even 10 minutes in and I'm melting any plastic i can find. I love it. I added a little glitter and it melted right in. I also put some washing tape in between the plastic and it held up like a champ!!! Thank you Natasha for being the brilliant and elegant woman that you are..My hats off to you😊
Glitter and washi tape! Oh my gosh, what a great idea!!
Maybe we can use old thin table covers? 😊
Great job! I must try the glitter!!!
Me too girl😂
Fabulous idea! I crochet with plastic bags and make them into bath mats, sleeping mats for camping, and the homeless and floppy hats.
Wow! What a creative mind you have as well! And giving to the homeless is such a selfless thing to do! 💖💕🥰
May I ask how?
@Paakta look up how to crochet with plastic bags here on TH-cam
Oh, I love plarn! A bit difficult to crochet with but well worth the effort.
I absolutely love that idea!!
Honestly, if we had been doing your crafts 50 years ago, we wouldn’t have a landfill problem!!! You’re genius!!
hehe Thank you so much :)
50 years ago, we still had greengrocers and a lot less supermarkets DUH .!!!
Right????
There have been options for recycled and minimalism for decades, however most people are too lazy to do this. Or some don't have the time
The problem is overconsumption. landfills will continue to fill even if we recycle. Have loooots of plastic everywhere to make crafts is not a good thing. Eventually all that plastic will end up in the environment, in a landfill, in the stomach of an animal (including ours) or in an incinerator (in the air you breathe). I love the crayons idea, and wanted to show it on video, but I donated all the crayons not that long ago! Darn it!
Lovely! I shared this video. Today's Quote: ""Kindness is giving hope to those who think they are all alone in this world". Huge hugs. Namesta 🐞🐞🐞
Love that quote. Thank you
So many ideas for my next vacation junk journal!!!
Not to worry! Better to declutter and let yourself and your space breathe, than to become a hoarder and completely stifle your creativity :)
You have such a unique method of presenting your craft! I LOVE it! Ty 👵
Thank you so much!
Just Love that all of this is made from recycled bags! If only we could the world involved, how beneficial to our beautiful planet that would be!! How I love your art Natasa!! 💜
Thank you so much :)
I'm already called a hoarder because I save potential craft "material" 😁 thank you for sharing your ideas, you are amazing!

Natasha you are so creative and inspiring! Thank you for all your countless in-depth tutorials!
Thank you for watching!!
I need a sturdy eyeglass case, so I will definitely use plastic bags.. Thanks for taking time to create all of these items in one day. 😊😊

You amaze me, how you keep coming up with more ideas!! I got your book for my birthday and I'm so happy to have it, but you're going to have to do another one, you know, because you are a never-ending fountain of ideas! You are so right. I could be a poking mat, for poking holes in projects :)
Wow! Love this idea! I have a ream of old heavy plastic shopping bags that I thought I would never use all of them but didn’t have the heart to throw out because they’re new and clean.
Thank you so much!

Knowing your history, shared in a Q&A, I understand that you cant throw out pretty bags, and what a great idea to recycle into beautiful things!!
So true, I have difficulty getting rid of anything that can be useful in some way :)

Thank you so much :) Love the idea of sequins inside the hearts
Love you. Thanks

I love the sound when handling the fused plastic material 🎉
Great ideas Natasha! I see so many ideas to make for Christmas for all of the young ladies in my family. You probably have enough new ideas for a second book. The first one is great. Easy to read instructions, which is very much appreciated.
I will never see plastic bags the same again! Thank you, thank you!
Thank you so much!
I just love what you do!!! Thanks
Thank you so much!
OMG!!!. This is so amazing, wonderful projects, love the junk journal.
As always, this week’s project inspires me. 🌟I will definitely try your technique to create pouches, journal covers and buttons. Once I purchase the necessary jewelry hardware, I’d also like to try making pendants and earrings. Thank you so much, Natasa!
I'm so glad you feel inspired!!!!
