Hi! Can I ask a silly question?! What is the difference in active versus 'total and counting'..does the calorie burn increase as the day progresses or for a short amount of time after the workout?

This was great! I have been battling lower back hip pain for about a month. I am doing better and these workouts help!! I did another one of your barre workouts last week and I felt better afterwards. Not sure I should do any heavier weights right now. This workout was perfect and perfect timing. Thanks!
You know your body best, do what feels right I have suffered from lumbar herniated disc and know that it's best for me to not lift heavy. I focus on the smaller muscles that help with posture and do a lot of up dogs! 😘
