To my surprise it was just as good or even better than jumping! I added your 10 minute inner thigh pilates mini ball burn at the end. Perfect either way!

Aloha Michelle! I am a 62 yo woman who really enjoys your work outs because I like the challenge they provide. There are some floor moves that are not safe for my knees, primarily burpees, mountain climbers and push-up movements. Would you consider providing alternative moves that you can demonstrate on a different screen (pre-taped) or even as your doing them live? I would typically walk in place or do some other stand up cardio movements that try to use the target areas, but not sure they are as effective.
I don’t understand why the ads used to only come during breaks, but now they happen right in the middle of a move. I really love your workouts so hate to unsubscribe because of stupid TH-cam ads but if other peoples don’t have them then I guess it’s worth it. So not leaving because of you, Michelle as you’re a great instructor. Thanks for all the awesome exercises over the past couple years!
I have checked ad placement...and I stick them into break, so don't know why they pop up during a move. I will contact someone regarding this. I would agree that it takes away from the flow when all of a sudden an ad pops up.🩷
