    I loved this workout. I'm 70 years old and the beat of the music the exercises were perfect for my pace. I feel like I got a real workout I love the stretches at the end. Thanks!

    🎉Michelle, this was great. Started on 350 with a bar. Felt secure and switched to 570 PRO,no bar. 19 minuted 262 calories, 1,780 steps. 77 y/y male!! Montreal, Canada. Thank you. I am adapting quickly!! :)

    Michele I really love your voice and your trampoline workouts. Would love to see a playlist for beginners, playlist for intermediate and playlist for advanced. Also within those 10 min, 15, rebounding that can be played again for double time

    Very good flow and clear, informative instruction. Like that you teach to our right and that you stay on the beat; greatly appreciated. Your choice of music is excellent--fun and motivating. Please give more of these 15-20 minute beginner workouts as my schedule is slammed. From reviewing most all the other rebounding instructors, I have determined that you are the best for me.     So glad to have found your channel! 😃I bought the 350f so I could pack it in a car; it's coming with me for a longer visit to my parents. On the tightest setting it's still a little too soft for me but the price & compact size outweigh that issue right now. Can't wait to build up to more advanced workouts. I feel my abs get a workout in the best way & like to practice my yoga routine afterwards to release the muscles that just worked out.

    This was a great workout. I’m definitely out of shape. 😢 I have arthritis in my big toes, so I kept wanting to put shoes on but didn’t know if that would be bad or good.

    Thanks Michelle. I am a beginner with my new birthday trampoline. (Older one broke a few years ago). Loved this workout! I am not new to exercise but have been focusing on weight training for the last several months. Loved this cardio workout and I shall be repeating it to get used to the rebounder feel on my feet.

    Hi Michelle, I love your workouts so much that I convinced myself to get a trampoline. My only problem is that when I jump on the trampoline, it makes noises at the legs and I have hard floors. What floor mats do you suggest so the trampoline is stable and reduces noise? Thanks!

    I am a 100% rookie novice with trampoline.
    I got a mini trampoline for my birthday last week and I've just completed this as my first ever workout on it! Really enjoyed it and I actually managed to complete it - which is more than I can say for some more traditional workouts, as an unfit person trying to get back into exercise. 😳
    My knees did feel this, though - any tips for that?

      Make sure your not jumping in your toes. Push through the whole foot and have knees soft. Try with shoes that are flat, not running shoes. More like a training shoe. Or do barefoot.👍🏼

    Michelle, would you mind telling me what are the beats per minute of the music, especially to the opening song after your first edit, to the song that has the lyric, What is Wrong with Me, and to the last song before the cool down in which you do a lot of "right heel, left heel?" I thoroughly enjoyed this routine as I got to experiment with really pushing down into the mat. The music worked perfectly for me to achieve the pushing down which resulted in greater height. Lots o' fun and sweat! Thank you!!!!

    Hey Michelle, this was great🎉 Tried it out today. It was my first Trampolin workout ever. Is it normal that my calf hurts like crazy during the jumping and I have to pause at least every 5Min. or do I jump wrong/bad posture?! Or do I just have to get used to it? It doesn't feel like pain in a way of injury...more like an exhausted calf. Thank you so much❤

    Michelle, is your trampoline 39" or 44"? I'm a beginner and there is a big price difference. I don't want to spend more money if I decide this workout isn't for me. I've seen a lot of videos for trampoline workouts and they look like so much fun!

    I have a question regarding the jumpsport....I have a 250 with 3 knots bungee which I have enjoyed and have no issues . I moved up to a 550F with a bar...love the quietness, love the bar, but find it hard on my knees and back. Could it be too firm for my weight, 130pds, age 60, and fitness level? I can't keep both...so am not sure what to do. Any insights?

    What would you recommend between the 550 and 570 model jumpsports? I have a leaps and rebounds and onetwofit rebounder but want to make the jumpsport investment.

      FYI the 550 is foldable where the 570 isn't. I prefer the 570 but it also depends on what you want to spend.

    Thanks for the workout - but its beyond me why would have us all listen to "What is wrong with me" in the song OVER AND OVER -- I had to skip past it. We're doing this workout to feel good!!
