    I've been doing your workouts for a few weeks and I don't know how this one eluded me until now! It gets my heart rate up, generates a good sweat....and is short enough to avoid me looking for excuses about not having enough time..... This is a great format Michelle - limited equipment for those of us who don't have all the workout toys, a shorter format, good music, and your motivational instructions and encouragement make each workout worthwhile!     Michelle, you have a brand that offers something different. The hip, side body and general core cardio is effective and just what most of us need for a results based workout. Many routines targeting these areas include moves that are just too difficult and I like to both work and enjoy my cardio simultaneously so I usually move on to something else. Please continue this style of cardio ❤️

    I travel full time, so added one pound wights to my carry-on only bag is a no go. So I use cans of black beans (or whatever plant based cans I grab) instead. Great workout ❤

    I used the angle weights on my angles and 2lb hand weight and I'm sweating bullets. I loved 💜this no jumping or lunges workout due to my tendinitis in my right knee. I made it through the whole video without stopping. Hope you incorporate more video like this thanks for sharing🙂

    I’m so glad you popped up on my homepage!
    I worked out at least an hour a day unless I’m doing hiit, usually I do either MISS or powerwalks, Tabata, or light versions of pilates & have done this for years!
    I said all of that to say your work out made me drenched! I only had 3 lb dumbbells which I tried to incorporate in round 2. That was tough!
    The leg work at the end had new moves for me & they were GREAT! You have a new sub & while I’m FIERCELY loyal to the 3 TH-camrs I work out with.. I love how you talk through the videos like my first fav TH-camr (she only updates occasionally now)
    SORRY FOR ALL OF THAT! Just SUPER appreciative of your page & can’t wait to get even MORE fit with you!

    Just discovered This channel, just did her kickboxing workout and loved it. Good music just the right amount taking. I don’t like a lot of chatter,it find it distracting and takes me out of my zone. And depending on the chatter it can be down right annoying. She does just enough to give good tips and encourage. I’ll try this one next and look out for more from her.

    Love it. I have been a bit sluggish with my workouts. After having a personal trainer few years back and being on track with my fitness I have slowed down with age ( 61 yrs ). I’m new to your channel and mean to stick with it. I need to invest in a pair of 1 lbs weights but been doing them without to start with.
