One thing not mentioned. When a foreign worker (foreign workers make up about 99.9% of the work force) becomes retirement age, that person cannot retire in Dubai. I took a two day layover there and was blown away about the shopping mall. Though I didn't stay in the most expensive hotel, I still was treated very well and know that I will be back some day. Also I was told there is a nice size shopping mall only for women and girls.

Did you even make some research before making this video? I lived in Princess Tower, the 3rd tallest residential building in the world after one in NY and the new tallest one that you can actually in the video being constructed. From there I had a view on Palm Jumeirah, which is tiny in terms of artificial island when compared to the Palm Jebel Ali. I go often to the Dubai Mall but there is no ski resort over there, however you can find the one you show in the Mall of the Emirates.
Here's my prediction: Dubai will continue to grow IF and only if they keep that 0% income tax on businesses a thing and allow foreign investors to take advantage of that rule. If they do that big companies (particularly tech ones) will start businesses there just for that feature alone. That will turn Dubai into a silicon valley. It's hard to keep that as an incentive though which is why I worry they'll get rid of it.
I think Dubai will always be a tourist attraction like if you agree.And in the future I think it will have more and more skyscrapers, and there is one thats being built right now and it going to be taller than the Burj Khalifa!It would be the tallest building but the kingdom tower that is way more taller than the new skyscraper in Dubai, will be taller. :( Edit:never mind they don’t know what is going to be the tallest building but I bileve more in the one in Dubai that’s being built
