I'm just going through the "what do I have that I can use" vs "what I don't have and now have a perfectly reasonable reason to buy". Mrs Argy is not watching!! You have managed to evoke, like Peachy, a narrative and a batrep which is not focussed on the die rolls but the story. Capturing what you missed/got wrong/forgot meant I haven't stopped the video, pulled out the rulebook and checked "Is that really how it works?" The thought put into the house rules (previous episode) and this homebrew scenario are great. You have a rare talent in this hobby. Informative guide alongside great story telling. Chapeau.
Thank you very much🙏🏼 lol I have “talent” for not following trends (I’m late to everything and a tad bit whimsical in what I end up working on). It’s all good, my goals aren’t currently aligned with the algorithm, maybe one day 😂. I’m glad you enjoyed the SB stuff and I hope your own games are satisfying! ⚔️🏴☠️🍻
This is such a fantastic example of 1) how to weave a good narrative and 2) how to take said narrative and translate it to a game system for play. I am loving this series on the Silver Bayonet and I can't wait to see what happens when you run Scenario 3. PS - Your method for writing out and then reading back your narrative is so evocative. Please keep doing this! It gives me so many ideas for ways to incorporate it into my own games!
Most projects don’t feel great when you’re in the middle of em, that’s for sure! Good luck with it (but if you put it aside, good luck with the next one, right?!)
They just barely got out of the ruins the last time, and were happy to do so. Now they're going back!?! I'm so worried. You remember how formidable the vampires were, right, and there may be two! I can barely wait to see it unfold. Really enjoy how simply you use the existing chapters to design this off-script scenario. It seems to have spawned organically from the characters and their experiences. I also like the wide berth our troop is getting from their peers. Word is spreading of their exploits, and folks are treading lightly. One question: I like the script-style writing, and can follow most of it. But scene-wise, what does 'continuous' imply? Ex: "Ext. Cobble Street - Tall Gothic Building -Continuous" I can picture it all except the last part. What should I be seeing when you note 'continuous'? Again, thank you. I love this stuff!
Awesome, really glad u dig it. So “continuous” means that the scene is time-wise adjacent or in-continuity with the previous scene. It’s not an overly used screenplay term but I tend to use it a bit lol.
Looking forward to seeing you play through this with no one but yourself (or your dice) to blame if you fail the scenario.
lol that’s … uh yeah that’ll be true won’t it? 😬🍻
So very atmospheric scene setting, can't wait to hear how our band of heroes face off against the Vampire

Awesome. Lets go!
⚔️🏴☠️⚔️
Love your videos and deep descriptions! Very INSPIRING!
Thank you, much appreciated!
This needs to be a live action show. You've already written the pilot. Much respect.
Well then … secrets abound lol 😉⚔️🍻
Love it! Games with Ignacious must be intense.... always enjoyed making tabletop games immersive. Enjoy your content.
Well thanks, glad u like it! 🍻
Dude, if you made this a film, I'd watch the hell out of it.
I like the sound of that, yep, I do. 🏴☠️🍻
I want more Silver Bayonet stories as much as an Ork wants more Dakka! 😁
😂 that’s quite a bit, I’d say - dakka dakka dakka! ⚔️⚔️⚔️
Solitaire gaming can be good. My problem is failing the temptation check to fudge a die roll.
Ah well, it’s your game you can play it the way you want lol. 🍻
Great show,thank you very much
Glad u liked it! 🍻
During lockdown I started working on writing an entire adventure module in the form of an epic poem. Still working on it. It isn't going great.

Demanding their own storylines? The demand their own miniature photographed GRAPHIC NOVEL! I'm tellin' ya! 😉
😂🤙🍻
