    Absolutely Adore Your personality big boss BPD lady. Watched some of one of Your interviews about 2 weeks ago and it was so so special to see You go into a mad as a hatter mad lady whacky and passionate mania mode when no hats were even dropped. You Gorgeous Gorgeous person 🌷

    I put my mother (BPD and NPD) on D3 5000 UI plus K2 (MK7) and her SAD got much better. Much much better.

      @NoSteaks4ULuciferHellstarr It helps her with mood regulation during change of the seasons and winter time. You can say she gets less borderline. Narcissism in her depends on shame, envy and narcissistic supply, not her mood stability.

      @NoSteaks4ULuciferHellstarr She also takes B6 and magnesium which also helps with affect stability. I would also try to get her on 5-htp because BPD is generally connected to mutations in serotonin production and delivery genes. But like all BPDs she has fear of medications. She fears some and self meicate with others.

    6:26 I have this too, but with me it's more with the sudden and frantic changes in the wind where i go like 'i think i have 3 minutes to get home'. Aside from that i have astma, so depending how effed my respiratory system is in the morning i know exactly how humid it's going to be. (humid bad, dry air good butttt dust also bad)

    Any one experience obsessive thoughts occasionally by some triggers, sounds, movements. Would these be considered OCD traits?
