  • Meditate wherever you are with the Sahaja Yoga guided meditation series. In session 1, we focus on balancing the left and right channels. The left channel is to do with the past and emotions. The right channel is the side of our future and mental activity. The present is in the center. Balance the left and right, and keep to the central path.
