Today at my first MRI I closed my eyes and said in my head ...welcome to yoga nidra find a quiet place switch off the phone and make sure you won't be disturbed for the next 20 minutes or so . MRI was a cake walk ( I used to be Claustrophobic) not anymore I overcame . Thank you Liz.

This is a perfect short yoga nidra for recovery. Of course it's not the same as longer ones that bring you into a meditative state for a longer time. But if you're already practiced in yoga nidra, this brings you to relaxation in a short time. I can't understand why anyone would downvote it. Trust me, it's good.

Thank you. This is a miracle! Two nights ago I came back home from an overnight emergency stay at the hospital because I was having an anaphylacticc reaction and migraine with strong vertigo. They thought I had a stroke or a heart attack. None of that was it, but it was rather allergies and migraine. I was taking antihistamines, ands teroids. I was exhausted and tense. I was scared I would catch covid at the hospital. I went to bed at 9:30, woke up at 10pm. Then at 12:30 I woke up again having a horrendous nightmare that I was going to die. Once awake I had a panic attack, I had a jolt of nervous electricity jolt on my shoulders and arms. I was going crazy with racing thoughts of impending doom. I was ready to go back to emergency and ask for an anxiolytic. then I thought I had had once a positive experience doing a yoga calming exercise with some therapy group. I found you. I did the Yoga Nidra exercise. It worked!!! It was a delight to feel I have a tool that is not chemical and right at hand. I did it a second time right then and I then went to sleep and did not wake up until 7 am. Refreshed and happy. Now I am doing it at bedtime and when I wake up. Thank you so much!

Sleep is important. But this wonderful yoga meditation does so much more. It helps me become first embodied then it helps me "dissolve" body and rest in the breathe body. Really, you have been told 1.5K time at this point of the brilliance of this Yoga Nidra. Your voice. The creators. Brilliant. I have tried other yoga nidra. Longer and shorter. I have never done a one hour one but some close and none touch the benefits I rep from this. I go through a lineup of breathing exercises before doing this and one more meditation. Often I love to finish up my 1-1.5 hour routine with wim hof breathing. At the beginning he says, Relax to the fullest. If I really want to relax to the fullest, there is no way to relax deeper than with this. Thank you so much. I don’t make it through the daytime hours without doing this at least once and I put on headphones and fall asleep to this. I get up in the AM and within a couple hours I have made the decision to release all anxiety and this is the most important part of this. I can do other things that relieve stress and relax me but nothing compares to this. Also before I do an ice bath, you are a main stay and always will be. However many views this video had it will continue to grow exponentially!! Amazing. Thank you! ❤
I just did this. And it was great! I felt very relaxed and almost to the point of drifting off to sleep but more euphoric. As I bringing awareness to all the body parts I also imagined a bright white light coming out of every body part when you name them. So by the end my entire body was engulfed in a beautiful white light. And my body was physically pulsating. I'm definitely going to save this and use it again. 🙏❤

I did this sitting in a chair, not laying down just now for the first time and, this is by far the very best meditation I have ever enjoyed trying. Incredibly effective and supremely relaxing. I feel incredible and purely relaxed now. A cool, not cold, sensation is gently flowing through me and my muscles now. It definitely works great even sitting. I love it and will be sure to continue to use this from now on! I appreciate your creating and sharing this with us all so much!
I never end up finishing this video because 5-10 minutes into the video I end up falling asleep 😭 which is actually a good thing cause I'm able to sleep better after listening to this!
This video is fantastic. My entire body felt like jelly. I have fibromyalgia and am in pain most of the time and this made me feel pain free. I felt like I would melt into the floor into the ceiling of my kitchen below me.

This is the most relaxation meditation I have ever done and I have tried so many. The music is soothing and so is your voice. I practiced first your alternate nostril breathing and then your meditation. I had just spoken to my mother who is in a home and was so confused. I am on holiday. This has made much calmer. Today is the first time I've tried this type of meditation/yoga. Half way through I felt like I was having an acid trip and outer body experience. Good Stuff - I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed and connected to myself!

I have been insomnic for last 2 months but the moment I do yoga nidra , I easily get sleep by the end of the video. I am getting nice sleep for about 4 to 5 hours and I wholeheartedly thank the creator. I still have other problems but taking one thing at a time.

I did this sitting in a chair, not laying down just now for the first time and, this is by far the very best meditation I have ever enjoyed trying. Incredibly effective and supremely relaxing. I feel incredible and purely relaxed now. A cool, not cold, sensation is gently flowing through me and my muscles now. It definitely works great even sitting. I love it and will be sure to continue to use this from now on! I appreciate your creating and sharing this with us all so much!
This brings in a change in one's mental structure. The relaxation u receive from this is much needed for everyone to fight depression.

This video is fantastic. My entire body felt like jelly. I have fibromyalgia and am in pain most of the time and this made me feel pain free. I felt like I would melt into the floor into the ceiling of my kitchen below me.

I have dystonia, so total relaxation of my body is impossible. But while listening to this yoga nidra my body quiets. And while the tremors don't stop, they are much reduced. I find my day is much better if I start it by listening to this. Thank you so much. ❤️

This is the most relaxation meditation I have ever done and I have tried so many. The music is soothing and so is your voice. I practiced first your alternate nostril breathing and then your meditation. I had just spoken to my mother who is in a home and was so confused. I am on holiday. This has made much calmer. I suffer from death anxiety. I will practice this everyday. It is very calming. Thank you so much.

Today is the first time I've tried this type of meditation/yoga.
Half way through I felt like I was having an acid trip and outer body experience.
Good Stuff - I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed and connected to myself!
I like this very much, just the right length and clearly spoken and explained. I have been listening to it after I wake up recently, as I find mornings are most stressful for me... at age 75 I am still having issues. Thankfully there are these guided meditations to listen to. A big help. Thank you

I only listen to you Lizzy. For years now and it is fantastic for a little moment for yourself to calm and I allways fall asleep even that is not what this is for. But yor voice is so relaxing. I feel always refreshed and calm afterwards. 💜

I have been insomnic for last 2 months but the moment I do yoga nidra , I easily get sleep by the end of the video. I am getting nice sleep for about 4 to 5 hours and I wholeheartedly thank the creator. I still have other problems but taking one thing at a time.
