    This walk was fabulous. I'm 270lbs and can do this with ease. It's fuss free, I worked out in socks on my carpet. I can see me incorporating this workout into my busy teaching schedule. Thank you so much. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. ❤

    I am 70 years ( with a broken ankle and 13 pins a 2 metal plates after surgery 😧🤔)
    I do my walking at home got an hour in the morning and evening and after eating any food even if it’s a fruit 🍌
    And with the hernia … sit ups and other exercises are difficult for me. Hence my walking 🚶‍♀️
    But I want to start on your Chair exercises looks fantastic and do easy 👏🏻👏🏻 I’ve started on your facial exercises !! Brilliant idea

    Thank you for making this video. This video is so so so helpful for me. I have back pain since last 2 years and for that I couldn't give much pressure on my back for pain. As a result I had gained already 12kgs ... I think this video will surely help me now to reduce some weight.... Hoping for the best now ..... I also did all the exercises that u did in this video.... But today is the 1st day so did only 1 set each.... I think increasing sets will surely gonna help me to reduce belly fat....

    Hi Natasha! I love your exercises, I have only one trouble with them, they are too fast to follow! My mind cannot follow when it starts, let alone my body! Can they be done a bit slower? You give me back my faith in the possibility to lose weight. Greetings from Hungary!

    Hello NATASHA, I had a multiple fracture on my left leg, fixed plates I was a gold medalist, & also a state record player, but I was put on weight, I can't do a hard exercise but thank God, the exercises your are teaching is find it very easy thank you so much, I am a diabetic both my foot became numb, these exercises will help me?     Good morning Natasha...just found out your workouts video. Decided to try out something new . Frankly, immediately felled in love with it. Some of the steps are new to me. It's something that I've never done before, it's a new dimension to the workouts. I love coz it's doable, easy to follow and in a short time. Will surely follow yr other videos.     Natasha, good morning. I am following you for months. I had a-stroke 6 years-ago. And for all that time I have let myself go. Tried to repair walking and speaking. But unfit and overweight as I am now, I took myself to the darkroom and decided, you can and will better yourself. All this to inform you that my brain pathways are blocked. I can not as yet, do the walking moves with arm and feet , legs together. I try to do 3 out of each new step, but I get so transfixed on one of-the two that I stop, gawking at you. I understand that it will not repair in 3 weeks. Witch one is important? Can I practise the arms and when it comes naturally, try to add the leg movements? I enjoy you and your programs so much. It draw me back out of the muck of self pity and being second grade. Spoilt goods. Thank you for rescuing me. I am 66.

    I am 59 and putting on lot of weight these days . Also hypo thyroid and disc surgery done 2 yrs ago… had lost 15 kg with keto diet but now bck to same weight 82…plz suggest some exersice or diet

    Hello Natasha, greetings from Malaysia. I just saw your channel and found the exercises very easy and simple to follow. I'm 62 years old and weigh 82 kg. I would like to find out if I can perform these exercises as currently I'm diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knees and have undergone surgery in my spine due to the degeneration of the cartilage between L5 and L6.
