    මේ excercises අපි Abhina Yoga ආශ්‍රමයේ කරන්නෙ හරිම සතුටින්, ඒ විතරක් නෙමෙයි, අව්රුදු 70-80 වෙන අපේ යාලු seniors ලත් (physical and online ) මේ excercises ආසාවෙන් කරනව. තදින්ම වහින දවස් වලටත් අපි යෝග පන්තිය නම් miss කරන්නෙ නැහැ. එදාටත් අපේ පන්තියේ ඉඩක් නැති තරම්. ඒ තරමටම දැන් යෝග කියන්නෙ අපේ ජීවිතයේ කොටසක්. Thanks Anojaji, you make our life somple, healthy and happily .💕💕

    වයස් බේදයකින් තොරව,අපි හැමෝම එකතු වෙලා Abhina Yoga ආශ්‍රමයේ මේ excercises කරන්නෙ හරිම සතුටින්. Yoga practice කරන්න ගත්තට පස්සෙ අපි දැන් ගොඩක්ම නීරෝගී කියල පන්තියේ යාලුවො කියනව. So, Thanks Anojaji and your staff for the tremendous service you do.

      Early morning between 3 am to 6 am. Is the best. But try to do what you can. After sun set also good. Avoid between 11 to 4 pm. 😊❤
