Hunting Squirrels With a Red-Tailed Hawk; GoPro Compilation

As a falconer, I hunt with trained birds of prey. In this video is my red-tailed hawk, Kara; she hunts squirrels and wild rabbits.
Last year I invested in a GoPro so that I would be able to look back on some of my favorite hunts with her, and remember them in greater detail. I put this compilation together of some of our best moments, from her successful catches to some seriously adrenaline-pumping near misses.
Watching in high resolution is recommended.

Wow, cool video, as I sit here in my Ohio, country home, watching a red headed woodpecker on 1 of the feeders. I love / love the birds, especially birds of prey. Plus Im an old squirrel hunter. etc etc
