- This channel is an experiment. And it's working.
I needed to prove to myself that I was a real person, with a real voice, with space that I deserve to occupy in this world.
I needed to learn how to look at myself without hating everything I saw.
Here we are, a year (and a bit) later, after I made the very scary leap to release these many tendrils of my heart into the stories I felt I needed to share.
I really never thought I would make it this far in this journey, and I have so much gratitude & love for all of you who have been with me the whole way, telling me to keep going. I never asked for the encouragement, but I think somehow, many of you knew that I needed it. Believe me when I say there were many times when I thought I had uploaded my last video.
For now, I will leave this here, and until we meet again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here ❤

Thank YOU for sharing these videos and being so honest about your story. Funny enough I used to be (and still am for some part) in a very similar headspace as you were. About 2 years ago I decided to radically change things and I'm still working on it step by step. It was around that time I discovered Jonna's videos too. I wouldn't be able to describe the effect her videos had nearly as well as you did, but I really feel the same. I just might have to start referring to it as the Jonna effect as well. ;) I also believe your videos have a similar effect on people , they are truly amazing.

I found you through Kalle Flodin's podcast, and this was the first video of yours I watched :) Intrigued to watch more, find out more. I have the same problem as you, with identity and not 'having a voice', I also need to find mine. Even writing it here in this comment makes me shrink and want to delete it. Jonna also stirred something in me, and the Kalle, to change my life. I look forward to watching your story unfold.

The count of sunrises and sunsets between my birth and present day is certainly higher, but I'm in the same shoes, in fact I'm earlier in the process.
Growing up "in the system" which may not suit us, possibly none of us, but scared to break out. It's hard to throw away our imprints and find our own truths. A cultural blasphemy.
It took less than 200 years for human pop to grow from 1 to 8 billion, alongside the technical revolutions. We may have adjusted by adopting a completely unsuitable life for ourselves. Maybe our conveniences aren't working with our desires, same as with bad food, unfitness, etc.
I'm happy to see you having progressed a lot on this path, I hope you feel it the same way, being happier and feeling more... grounded? in what you do, how you exist now.

Thank you so much for such a beautiful video and story. I’m so glad you invited us in to your space. ❤️ I could really resonate with what you said. I some times find it difficult to believe that this is all real. I can even get super paranoid with questions like “why am I me?” “Is what I’m seeing really real or is it just like that for me?”. The “Jonna effect” has helped me a lot as well. It was nice seeing someone similar to myself living the way I dreamed of. This has also led me to discover other people and channels like Kalle Flodin and you. Right when the pandemic hit I was about to move to my cabin in Norway, finally moving to the place I was meant to be and dreamed of. Videos like these helped me be patient while the world got better and knowing what was waiting for me. This video was super inspiring so thank you again❤️

I see you too Gwen! For me it is the opposite around… I felt really in my body when I was in my younger age. Now with 50 I feel more and more away from me, kind of lost… I struggle and it is not easy with the hormonal change. But as with you I am in the Jonna fever! She inspires me and makes me somehow all the time happy again! I think it is her completely honest and natural way of creating. I love your videos well as I love to see how you grow and find yourself again!
