Because of that, Xander actually asked if Laslow could become his retainer. About the comment on Laslow's skill resembling Xander's, I guess that was just a mistake by the writers. That, or maybe Laslow learned some things from Xander and mixed them in with his own skills, but it doesn't say that anywhere if I'm correct.
Their C support sort of reminds me of how a stereotypical Japanese and American person would act on the behalf of their higher-ups. Should I be questioning why this matches the length of an verage C-S support conversation video?
